Above=49;>(57) A jelen találmány a Sorangium cellusosumból izoláltnukleinsav molekulákkal foglalkozik, mely az epotilon bioszintéziséhezszükséges polipeptideket kódolja. A találmányban a találmány génjeiveltranszformált rekombináns gazdákban az epotilon előállítási eljárásátis közzéteszik. Ezzel az eljárással az epotilon olyan nagymennyiségben állítható elő, mely tisztításához, a daganatok kezeléséreszolgáló gyógyszerészeti kiszerelésekben történő felhasználásáhozelegendő. Ó
