Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás optikailag aktív 2-[6-(hidroxi-metil)-1,3-dioxán-4-il]-ecetsav-származékok előállítására, amelyek gyógyszerintermedierek, nem költséges kiindulási anyagokból speciálisberendezés, pl. a szuper alacsony hőmérsékletű reakciókhoz szükségesberendezés használata nélkül. A találmány szerint optikailag aktív 2-[6-(hidroxi--metil)-1,3--dioxán-4-il]-ecetsav-származékokat állítanakelő oly módon, hogy legalább -30 °C-on ecetsavszármazékot enoláttalreagáltatnak, amelyet az ecetsavszármazék és bázis vagy 0-értékű fémreagáltatásával kapnak, és így hidroxi-oxo-hexánsav-származékotállítanak elő, amelyet mikroorganizmus törzzsel redukálva kapják ahalometil-dioxanil-ecetsav-származékot, ezt acetalizáló szerrelkezelve savkatalizátor jelenlétében halometil-dioxanil-ecetsav-származékot állítanak elő, ezt aciloxilezve kapják az aciloxi-metil-dioxanil-ecetsav-származékot, melyet bázis jelenlétébenszolvolizálnak.
