Abstract

Μία νέα διαδικασία παραγωγής ενός οπτικά ενεργού (Ε)-7- [2- κυκλοπροπυλο -4- (4-φθοροφαινυλο) κινολιν -3- υλ]-5- υδροξυ-3 - οξοεπτ-6- ενοϊκού όξινου εστέρα του τύπου (III) που είναι σημαντικός ως ένα ενδιάμεσο προϊόν για τη σύνθεση φαρμάκων, περιλαμβάνει την αντίδραση του 1,3-δι (τριμεθυλοσιλυλοξυ)-1-αλκοξυβουτά-1,3- διενίου του τύπου (I) με την (Ε)-3-[2- κυκλοπροπυλο-4- (4-φθοροφαινυλο) κινολιν-3- υλο] -προπ-2- εν-1- άλη του τύπου (II) παρουσία ενός οπτικά ενεργού συμπλόκου διναφθόλης - τιτανίου το οποίο εξασφαλίστηκε από την αντίδραση της 1,1'-δι-2-ναφθόλης με το τετραϊσοπροποξείδιο του τιτανίου, ενός μεταλλικού άλατος και μίας αμίνης, στη συνέχεια απομακρύνονται οι ομάδες πυριτίου (desilylation) από το προϊόν αντίδρασης.
