Claims (18)
1. Postupak za pripremu amorfne nanočestice kalcijevog fosfata obložene citratom koji se sastoji od sljedećih koraka:
1) osiguravanje prve otopine soli kalcija i citratne soli pri čemu je molarni omjer citratnog iona prema kalcijevom ionu u rasponu od 1 do 2 čime se dobiva bistra prva otopina;
2) osiguravanje druge otopine soli koja može dati fosfatni anion i karbonatnu sol;
3) miješanje bistre prve otopine i druge otopine pri pH u rasponu od 8 do 11;
4) taloženje nanočestice; i
5) sušenje nanočestice dobivene iz koraka 4).
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je kalcijeva sol dobivena od aniona odabranog iz skupine koju čine klorid, nitrat, hidroksid, acetat, oksalat, laktat, poželjno anion je klorid.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što je citratna sol dobivena od kationa odabranog iz skupine koju čine natrij i kalij, poželjno kation je natrij.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-3, naznačen time što molarni omjer citratnog iona prema kalcijevom ionu iznosi oko 2.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, naznačen time što prva otopina iz koraka 1) sadrži najmanje jednu daljnju sol odabranu iz skupine koji čine: stroncijeva sol i magnezijeva sol.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-5, naznačen time što je sol koja može dati fosfatni anion sol fosfata, hidrogen fosfata ili hidrogen fosfat, poželjno dobivena od kationa odabranog iz skupine koju čine natrij, kalij i amonij.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-6, naznačen time što je pH iz koraka 3) u rasponu od 8,5-10,7.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-7, naznačen time što se u koraku miješanja 3) druga otopina dodaje bistroj prvoj otopini.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-8, naznačen time što se u koraku 4) taloženje provodi osiguravanjem ciklusa sedimentacije uklanjanjem supernatanta centrifugiranjem, prikupljanjem, te ispiranjem taloga.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-9, naznačen time što je korak sušenja 5) odabran od sušenja zamrzavanjem, sušenja raspršivanjem i sušenja u ventiliranoj pećnici.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-10, naznačen time što se u koraku 1) dodaje fluoridni spoj.
12. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, naznačen time što je fluoridni spoj fluorid kationa odabran iz skupine koju čine natrij i kalij.
13. Amorfna nanočestica kalcijevog fosfata obložena citratom koja se može dobiti postupkom prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-10, pri čemu je korak sušenja 5) korak sušenja smrzavanjem, te je navedena nanočestica naznačena time što ima površinsko područje od 250 m2g-1 do 360 m2g-1 izmjereno postupkom adsorpcije plina Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) i ima morfologiju okruglog oblika s promjerom u rasponu od 30 do 80 nm mjereno slikama transmisijske elektronske mikroskopije (TEM).
14. Amorfni aglomerat nanočestica kalcijevog fosfata obložen citratom koji se može dobiti postupkom prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-10, pri čemu je korak sušenja 5) korak sušenja raspršivanjem, te je navedeni aglomerat nanočestica naznačen time što ima površinsko područje od 2 m2g-1 do 10 m2g-1 izmjereno postupkom adsorpcije plina Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) i ima morfologiju okruglog oblika s promjerom u rasponu od 2 do 25 µm mjereno pretražnim elektronskim mikroskopom (SEM).
15. Amorfna nanočestica kalcijevog fosfata dopirana fluorom i obložena citratom koja se može dobiti postupkom prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-12, pri čemu je korak sušenja 5) korak sušenja smrzavanjem, te je navedena nanočestica naznačena time što ima površinsko područje od 250 m2g-1 do 370 m2g-1 izmjereno postupkom adsorpcije plina Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) i ima morfologiju okruglog oblika s promjerom u rasponu od 30 do 80 nm mjereno slikama transmisijske elektronske mikroskopije (TEM).
16. Amorfni aglomerat nanočestica kalcijevog fosfata dopiranih fluorom i obloženih citratom koji se može dobiti postupkom prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-12, pri čemu je korak sušenja 5) korak sušenja raspršivanjem, te je navedeni aglomerat nanočestica naznačen time što ima površinsko područje od 3 m2g-1 do 10 m2g-1 izmjereno postupkom adsorpcije plina Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) i ima morfologiju okruglog oblika s promjerom u rasponu od 2 do 25 µm mjereno pretražnim elektronskim mikroskopom (SEM).
17. Nanočestica ili aglomerat nanočestica prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 13-16 kao biomaterijal za upotrebu u stomatološkoj primjeni.
18. Nanočestica kao biomaterijal za uporabu prema patentnom zahtjevu 17, naznačena time što se biomaterijal koristi kao sredstvo za remineralizaciju ili kao desenzibilizator dentina.
