Claims (22)
1. 3-Fenilizoksazolin-5-karboksamidi i -5-tioamidi opće formule (I)

i njihove agrokemijski prihvatljive soli u kojima
R1 i R2 međusobno neovisno svaki predstavljaju vodik, fluor, klor ili cijano,
ili
predstavljaju (C1-C3)-alkil ili (C1-C3)-alkoksi, svaki od kojih je supstituiran sa m radikala iz skupine koja sadrži fluor, klor, brom i cijano;
R3 predstavlja (C1-C4)-alkil, (C3-C5)-cikloalkil, (C2-C4)-alkenil, (C2-C4)-alkinil ili (C1-C4)-alkoksi, svaki od kojih je supstituiran sa m radikala iz skupine koja sadrži fluor, klor, brom, cijano, (C1-C4)-alkoksi i hidroksi;
R4 predstavlja vodik,
ili
predstavlja (C1-C12)-alkil, (C3-C7)-cikloalkil, (C3-C7)-cikloalkil- (C1-C8)-alkil, (C2-C6)-alkenil, (C5-C6)-cikloalkenil ili (C2-C8)-alkinil, svaki od kojih je supstituiran sa m radikala iz skupine koja sadrži halogen, cijano, (C1-C6)-alkoksi, hidroksi i aril;
Y predstavlja kisik ili sumpor;
W predstavlja kisik ili sumpor;
Z predstavlja potpuno zasićen ili djelomično zasićen furanski prsten koji je supstituiran s k radikala iz skupine R5,

gdje strelica u svakom slučaju označava vezu sa skupinom C=W s formulom (I);
R5 predstavlja fluor, klor, cijano ili CO2R7,
ili
predstavlja (C1-C2)-alkil ili (C1-C2)-alkoksi, svaki od kojih je supstituiran sa m radikala iz skupine koja sadrži fluor i klor;
X2, X4 i X6 međusobno neovisno svaki predstavljaju vodik, fluor, klor, brom ili cijano,
ili
predstavljaju (C1-C2)-alkil, u svakom slučaju supstituiran sa m radikala iz skupine koja sadrži fluor, klor, brom i (C1-C2)-alkoksi;
X3 i X5 međusobno neovisno predstavljaju vodik, fluor, klor, brom, jod, hidroksi, cijano, nitro, S(O)n R6 ili CO2R7,
ili
predstavljaju (C1-C3)-alkil, (C1-C3)-alkoksi, (C3-C4)-cikloalkil, (C2-C3)-alkenil ili (C2-C3)-alkinil, svaki od kojih je supstituiran sa m radikala iz skupine koja sadrži fluor, klor i brom;
R6 predstavlja (C1-C2)-alkil ili (C3-C4)-cikloalkil, svaki od kojih je supstituiran sa m radikala iz skupine koja sadrži fluor i klor;
R7 predstavlja vodik,
ili
predstavlja (C1-C3)-alkil ili (C3-C5)-cikloalkil, svaki od kojih je supstituiran sa m radikala iz skupine koja sadrži fluor, klor i (C1-C2)-alkoksi;
k je tekući broj 0, 1 ili 2;
m je tekući broj 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 ili 5; i
n je tekući broj 0, 1 ili 2.
2. Spojevi opće formule (I) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačeni time što R1 i R2 međusobno neovisno svaki predstavljaju vodik, fluor, klor ili cijano,
ili
predstavljaju metil ili metoksi, svaki od kojih je supstituiran sa m radikala iz skupine koja sadrži fluor i klor.
3. Spojevi opće formule (I) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačeni time što R3 predstavlja (C1-C3)-alkil, (C3-C4)-cikloalkil, (C2-C3)-alkenil, (C2-C3)-alkinil ili (C1-C3)-alkoksi, svaki od kojih je supstituiran sa m radikala iz skupine koja sadrži fluor, klor, brom, cijano, (C1-C2)-alkoksi i hidroksi.
4. Spojevi opće formule (I) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačeni time što R4 predstavlja vodik,
ili
predstavlja (C1-C6)-alkil, (C3-C6)-cikloalkil, (C3-C6)-cikloalkil- (C1-C6)-alkil, (C2-C6)-alkenil, (C5-C6)-cikloalkenil ili (C2-C6)-alkinil, svaki od kojih je supstituiran sa m radikala iz skupine koja sadrži fluor, klor, brom, cijano, (C1-C4)-alkoksi, hidroksi i aril.
5. Spojevi opće formule (I) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačeni time što Y i W predstavlja kisik.
6. Spojevi opće formule (I) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačeni time što Z predstavlja skupinu Z-1 do Z-33, gdje Z-1 do Z-33 imaju slijedeće značenje:

8. Spojevi opće formule (I) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačeni time što X2, X4 i X6 međusobno neovisno svaki predstavljaju vodik, fluor, klor, brom ili cijano,
ili
predstavljaju metil ili metoksi, svaki od kojih je supstituiran sa m radikala iz skupine koja sadrži fluor i klor.

Y predstavlja kisik;
W predstavlja kisik;
Z predstavlja skupinu Z-1 do Z-4, gdje Z-1 do Z-4 imaju slijedeće značenje:

gdje strelica u svakom slučaju označava vezu sa skupinom C=W s formulom (I);
X2, X4 i X6 međusobno neovisno predstavljaju vodik ili fluor;
X3 i X5 međusobno neovisno predstavljaju vodik, fluor, klor, brom, hidroksi ili cijano,
ili
predstavljaju (C1-C3)-alkil, (C1-C3)-alkoksi, (C3-C4)-cikloalkil, (C2-C3)-alkenil ili (C2-C3)-alkinil, svaki od kojih je supstituiran sa m radikala iz skupine koja sadrži fluor, klor i brom; i
m je tekući broj 0, 1, 2 ili 3.
13. Herbicidni pripravak ili pripravak za regulaciju rasta biljaka, naznačen time što sadrži jedan ili više spojeva opće formule (i) ili njihovih soli prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12.
14. Herbicidni pripravci prema patentnom zahtjevu 13, naznačeni time što nadalje sadrže formulacijsko pomoćno sredstvo.
15. Herbicidni pripravci prema patentnom zahtjevu 13 ili 14, naznačeni time što sadrže najmanje jedan aktivni spoj iz skupine insekticida, akaricida, herbicida, fungicida, zaštitnih sredstava i/ili regulatora rasta.
16. Herbicidni pripravci prema patentnom zahtjevu 14 ili 15, naznačeni time što sadrže zaštitno sredstvo.
17. Herbicidni pripravci prema patentnom zahtjevu 16, naznačeni time što je zaštitno sredstvo odabrano iz skupine koja sadrži mefenpir-dietil, ciprosulfamid, izoksadifen-etil, klokvintocet-meksil, benoksakor i diklormid.
18. Postupak suzbijanja neželjenih biljaka, naznačen time što se učinkovita količina najmanje jednog spoja s formulom (I) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12 ili herbicidnog pripravka prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 13 do 17 primjenjuje na biljke ili na mjesto neželjene vegetacije.
19. Uporaba spojeva s formulom (I) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12 ili herbicidnih pripravaka prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 13 do 17 za suzbijanje neželjenih biljaka.
20. Uporaba prema patentnom zahtjevu 19, naznačena time što se spojevi s formulom (I) koriste za suzbijanje neželjenih biljaka u usjevima korisnih biljaka.
