Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Una composición herbicida que comprende una cantidad de eficacia herbicida de (a) piroxsulam o una de sus sales aceptables en agricultura y (b) una sal de cloquintocet, en donde la sal de cloquintocet comprende un catión de la fórmula: N(R¹)(R²)(R³)(R⁴)⁺ en donde R¹, R², R³ y R⁴ son, de modo independiente, H, alquilo C₁₋₄ o hidroxialquilo C₁₋₄. Reivindicación 9: La composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 8, que también comprende un pesticida adicional. Reivindicación 10: La composición de acuerdo con la reivindicación 9, en donde el pesticida adicional se selecciona del grupo que incluye aminopiralida, clopiralida, florasulam, fluroxipir-meptilo, halauxifeno-metilo, penoxsulam y el compuesto de la fórmula (1), o uno de sus ésteres o sales de alquilo C₁₋₁₂ o arilalquilo C₇₋₁₂. Reivindicación 11: La composición de acuerdo con la reivindicación 9, en donde el pesticida adicional se selecciona del grupo que consiste en cloransulam-metilo, diclosulam, flumetsulam, isoxabeno, metosulam, 2,4-D, MCPA, picloram, propizamida, triclopir, tebutiurona, tiazopir y trifluralina. Reivindicación 12: Un método de control de vegetación indeseable que comprende poner en contacto la vegetación o su locus o aplicar al suelo o al agua para prevenir la emergencia o el crecimiento de la vegetación la composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 11.
