Claims (14)
1. Uređaj za uštrcavanje terapijskog agensa u terapijski uređaj (100) za obradu oka, gdje je terapijski uređaj barem djelomično implantiran u oko, dok aparat obuhvaća:
injektor (701) koji obuhvaća:
zamjenjivu iglu (189) koja je oblikovana tako, da prodire u terapijski uređaj koji je implantiran u oku, naznačen time, da zamjenjiva igla obuhvaća:
prvi lumen (189A) koji posjeduje prvi otvor (189A1) iz prvog lumena prema van; i
drugi lumen (189B) koji okružuje barem dio prvog lumena i koji posjeduje drugi otvor (189B1) u drugi lumen,
pri čemu je prvi lumen dulji nego drugi lumen, tako da prvi otvor iz prvog lumena bude namješten distalno od drugog otvora u drugi lumen; i
komoru (703C) koja je konstruirana tako, da bude u fluidnoj komunikaciji s drugim lumenom;
gdje uštrcavanje količine terapijskog agensa (110) u terapijski uređaj putem prvog lumena, prenosi količinu otprije postojećeg fluida iz terapijskog uređaja u komoru putem drugog lumena.
2. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je injektor (701) konfiguriran tako, da uštrcava terapijski fluid malom protočnom brzinom koja sprečava miješanje količine terapijskog fluida s količinom otprije postojećeg fluida.
3. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, da injektor (701) obuhvaća jednu ili više struktura otpornih na protjecanje, ograničenje, poroznu strukturu (703VPS), sinteriranu poroznu strukturu, ili mehanizam za uštrcavanje agensa protočnom brzinom.
4. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time, da terapijski uređaj (100) koji se može implantirati, obuhvaća poroznu strukturu (150) koja je oblikovana za oslobađanje terapijskog agensa (110) iz terapijskog uređaja, gdje porozna struktura posjeduje otpor na protjecanje i pritom injektorska struktura koja je otporna na protjecanje, posjeduje otpor na protjecanje koji je proporcionalan otporu na protjecanje porozne strukture, tako da dio terapijskog fluida prolazi kroz poroznu strukturu terapijskog uređaja koji se može implantirati.
5. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da količina otprije postojećeg fluida sadrži preostali dio terapijskog agensa (110) koji se nalazi u terapijskom uređaju (100) i sastojke tekućine staklastog tijela (30) oka (10).
6. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je prvi otvor (189A1) razmaknut od drugog otvora (189B1) kako bi se potaklo barem djelomično odvajanje između količine terapijskog fluida od količine otprije postojećeg fluida.
7. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačen time, da druga komora obuhvaća spremnik (703C) za prihvat količine otprije postojećeg fluida iz terapijskog uređaja (100), koja je zaprimljena kroz drugi lumen (189B) i pri čemu spremnik obuhvaća odušak za prolaz zraka koji prelazi iz spremnika i pritom je odušak fluidno povezan s drugim otvorom (189B1), kako bi definirao protočnu putanju koja se proteže od drugog otvora do oduška i gdje protočna putanja posjeduje otpor na protjecanje, kako bi se potaklo barem djelomično odvajanje između količine terapijskog fluida od količine otprije postojećeg fluida.
8. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačen time, da protočna putanja obuhvaća jednu ili više struktura za sprečavanje protjecanja količine otprije postojećeg fluida iz terapijskog uređaja (100), jednu ili više struktura koje posjeduju jednu ili više veličina drugog otvora (189B1), ograničenje uzduž protočne putanje ili poroznu strukturu uzduž protočne putanje.
9. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačen time, da injektor (701) nadalje obuhvaća poroznu strukturu koja sadrži veći broj međusobno povezanih kanala, pri čemu je veći broj međusobno povezanih kanala namješten uzduž protočne putanje na nizvodnom dijelu toka spremnika.
10. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačen time, da porozna struktura injektora (701) posjeduje otpor na protok tekućine koji je veći nego kod porozne strukture (150) terapijskog uređaja (100) koji se može implantirati, tako da terapijski fluid prolazi kroz poroznu strukturu terapijskog uređaja koji se može implantirati, kada je fluid terapijskog uređaja koji se može implantirati u doticaju s poroznom strukturom injektora koji se nalazi uzduž protočne putanje na nizvodnom dijelu toka spremnika.
11. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je drugi lumen (189B) povezan s oduškom i odušak posjeduje otpor na protjecanje, kako bi stlačio prvu komoru i propustio dio terapijskog fluida kroz poroznu strukturu, kada fluid terapijskog uređaja (100) koji se može implantirati, prolazi kroz odušak.
12. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da zamjenjive igle (189) obuhvaćaju iglu dvostrukog lumena (189DL) koja posjeduje prvu iglu s prvim lumenom (189A) koja se proteže uzduž prve osi i drugu iglu s drugim lumenom (189B) koja se proteže uzduž prve igle, tako da druga igla bude uglavnom koncentrična s prvom osi.
13. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća prvu komoru (702C) koja je konstruirana da bude u fluidnoj komunikaciji s prvim lumenom (189A) i konstruirana je da sadrži količinu terapijskog fluida; i klip (701P) koji se može pomicati unutar prve komore.
14. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 13, naznačen time, da distalni pokret klipa (701P) s prvom komorom (702C), stvara unutrašnji tlak u prvoj komori, koji je veći nego atmosferski tlak, što uzrokuje da količina terapijskog fluida iz prve komore uđe u terapijski uređaj (100) putem prvog lumena (189A), kako bi količina terapijskog fluida koji ulazi u terapijski uređaj (100), premjestila količinu otprije postojećeg fluida iz terapijskog uređaja u drugu komoru (703C) putem drugog lumena (189B).
