Claims (13)
1. Postupak za pripremu proizvoda od ugljikohidrata i/ili bjelančevina, naznačen time što se proizvod od ugljikohidrata i/ili bjelančevina napuhuje tijekom pripreme, i pri čemu postupak obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
a) mljevenje količine ugljikohidrata i/ili bjelančevina koja sadrži jednu ili više vrsta ugljikohidrata i/ili bjelančevina u pastu, pri čemu su ugljikohidrati i/ili bjelančevine odabrani iz skupine koju čine mesni proizvod, riblji proizvod, proizvod od piletine, rakovi, povrće i voće;
b) dodavanje ulja i/ili margarina i emulgatora u pastu od ugljikohidrata i/ili bjelančevina, pri čemu se dodaje 1-30 ml ulja i/ili margarina na 100 grama ugljikohidrata i/ili bjelančevina;
c) miješanje smjese ugljikohidrata i/ili bjelančevina, emulgatora, ulja i/ili margarina u uglavnom homogenu pastu;
d) dodavanje vode u pastu dobivenu u koraku c) na takav način da pasta nakon dodavanja vode sadrži emulziju voda u ulju, pri čemu se dodaje 10-60 ml vode na 100 grama ugljikohidrata i/ili bjelančevina, i pri čemu je koncentracija vode u emulziji voda u ulju veća od koncentracije ulja i/ili masti;
e) zagrijavanje paste koja sadrži emulziju voda u ulju pomoću mikrovalova, s tim da je pasta podijeljena na dijelove.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što postupak nadalje obuhvaća:
f) završavanje pečenja paste u uobičajenoj pećnici, navedena pasta se zagrijavala u dijelovima i sadrži emulziju voda u ulju.
3. Postupak prema jednom ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što ugljikohidrati i/ili bjelančevine sadrže bilo koje jestivo, meko tkivo i od kralježnjaka i od beskralježnjaka i/ili jestivi biljni materijal.
4. Postupak prema jednom ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što sadrži jestivi biljni materijal, pri čemu se biljni materijal kuha.
5. Postupak prema jednom ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se kao izvor ugljikohidrata koristi krumpir.
6. Postupak prema jednom ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što homogena pasta iz koraka c) sadrži najmanje 50 mas.% krumpira.
7. Postupak prema jednom ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što svaki dio paste koji sadrži emulziju voda u ulju koji se zagrijava pomoću mikrovalova, ima dimenzije najmanje 1 mm, a najviše 300 mm i pri čemu svaki dio ima masu odabranu u rasponu od 1-300 grama.

12. Postupak prema jednom ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što, se tijekom zagrijavanja pomoću mikrovalova, obroci paste koji sadrže emulziju voda u ulju postavljaju na podlogu koja ne uzrokuje prianjanje.
13. Postupak prema jednom ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što pasta koja sadrži emulziju voda u ulju sadrži 20-40 ml vode i 5-20 ml ulja ili masti na svakih 100 grama ugljikohidrata i/ili bjelančevina.
