Claims (16)
1. Pripravci koji sadrže
A) najlon-6 ili najlon-6,6,
B) najmanje jedan kvarcni prah koji ima d95 u rasponu od 5 do 250 µm određeno laserskom difraktometrijom,
C) usitnjena duga staklena vlakna početne duljine u rasponu od 1 do 50 mm, i
D) melamin cijanurat.
2. Pripravci prema zahtjevu 1, naznačeni time što oni sadrže
A) 5% do 96.9 težinskih % najlona-6 ili najlona-6,6,
B) 1% do 60 težinskih % najmanje jednog kvarcnog praha koji ima d95 u rasponu od 5 do 250 µm određeno laserskom difraktometrijom,
C) 2% do 8 težinskih % usitnjenih dugih staklenih vlakana početne duljine u rasponu od 1 do 50 mm, i
D) 0.1% do 40 težinskih % melamin cijanurata,
uz uvjet da je zbroj svih težinskih postotaka uvijek 100.

Pripravci prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačeni time što oni, pored komponenata A), B), C) i D), sadrže također E) 0.01% do 30 težinskih %, u odnosu na ukupni pripravak, titanijevog dioksida, u kojem se slučaju razine ostalih komponenti smanjuju do te mjere da je ukupni zbroj svih težinskih postotaka uvijek 100.
4. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačeni time što oni, pored komponenata A) do E) ili umjesto E), sadrže također F) 0.01% do 5 težinskih %, u odnosu na ukupni pripravak, najmanje jednog sredstva za podmazivanje i/ili sredstva za odvajanje iz kalupa, u kojem se slučaju razine ostalih komponenti smanjuju do te mjere da je ukupni zbroj svih težinskih postotaka uvijek 100.
5. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačeni time što, oni pored komponenata A) do F) ili umjesto E) i/ili F), sadrže također G) 0.01% do 10 težinskih %, u odnosu na ukupni pripravak, najmanje jednog laserskog apsorbera odabranog iz skupine koja sadrži antimonov trioksid, kositrov oksid, kositrov ortofosfat, barijev titanat, aluminijev oksid, bakrov hidroksifosfat, bakrov ortofosfat, kalijev bakrov difosfat, bakrov hidroksid, antimonov kositrov oksid, bizmutov trioksid i antrakinon, u kojem se slučaju razine ostalih komponenti smanjuju do te mjere da je ukupni zbroj svih težinskih postotaka uvijek 100.
6. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačeni time što, oni pored komponenata A) do G) ili umjesto E) i/ili F) i/ili G), sadrže također H) 0.01% do 60 težinskih %, u odnosu na ukupni pripravak, najmanje jednog daljnjeg usporivača gorenja osim melamin cijanurata, u kojem se slučaju razine ostalih komponenti smanjuju do te mjere da je ukupni zbroj svih težinskih postotaka uvijek 100.
7. Pripravci prema zahtjevu 6, naznačeni time što se upotrebljavaju usporivači gorenja bez halogena i/ili bez fosfora.
8. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačeni time što, oni pored komponenata A) do H) ili umjesto E) i/ili F) i/ili G) i/ili H), sadrže također komponentu K) 0.01% do 50 težinskih %, u odnosu na ukupni pripravak, najmanje jednog punila osim komponenata B) i C), u kojem se slučaju razine ostalih komponenti smanjuju do te mjere da je ukupni zbroj svih težinskih postotaka uvijek 100.
9. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačeni time što, oni pored komponenata A) do K) ili umjesto komponenata E) i/ili F) i/ili G) i/ili H) i/ili K), sadrže također L) 0.01% do 20 težinskih %, u odnosu na ukupni pripravak, najmanje jedan dodatni aditiv osim komponenata D) do K), u kojem se slučaju razine ostalih komponenti smanjuju do te mjere da je ukupni zbroj svih težinskih postotaka uvijek 100.
10. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačeni time što se kao komponenta B) koriste mljeveni kvarci prirodnog podrijetla.
11. Pripravci prema zahtjevu 10, naznačeni time što kvarcni prah ima srednju veličinu čestica (d50) u rasponu od 2 µm do 50 µm, određeno laserskom difraktometrijom.
12. Proizvodi, naznačeni time što sadrže pripravak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11.
13. Uporaba pripravaka prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12 kao pripravaka za oblikovanje u injekcijskom prešanju, uključujući posebne postupke GIT (tehnologija ubrizgavanja plina), WIT (tehnologija ubrizgavanja vode) i PIT (tehnologija ubrizgavanja projektila), u postupcima ekstruzije uključujući i ekstrudiranje profila, ili u injekcijskom puhanju, postupcima 3D ekstruzije injekcijskim puhanjem ili postupcima usisnog injekcijskog puhanja.
14. Postupak za proizvodnju proizvoda, naznačen time što se sljedeće komponente:
A) najlon-6 ili najlon-6,6,
B) najmanje jedno kvarcno brašno koje ima d95 u rasponu od 5 do 250 µm određeno laserskom difraktometrijom,
C) usitnjena duga staklena vlakna početne duljine u rasponu od 1 do 50 mm, i
D) melamin cijanurat
prvo miješaju u najmanje jednom uređaju za miješanje i navedena smjesa, koja je tada u obliku pripravka za oblikovanje, se ili dovodi kroz najmanje jedan izlaz alata za miješanje u izravnu daljnju obradu ili se ispušta kao nit i reže na pelete željene duljine pomoću granulatora, i pripravci u obliku pripravka za oblikovanje ili peleta se podvrgavaju procesu oblikovanja.
15. Postupak prema zahtjevu 14, naznačen time što su postupci oblikovanja injekcijsko prešanje, uključujući posebne postupke GIT (tehnologija ubrizgavanja plina), WIT (tehnologija ubrizgavanja vode) i PIT (tehnologija ubrizgavanja projektila), postupke ekstruzije, uključujući ekstrudiranje profila, injekcijsko puhanje, postupke 3D ekstruzije injekcijskim puhanjem ili postupke usisnog injekcijskog puhanja.
16. Uporaba kvarcnog brašna dobivenog iz prirodnog kvarca u kombinaciji sa staklenim vlaknima, melamin cijanuratom i po izboru titanijevim dioksidom za poboljšanje svojstava vezanih uz otpornost na toplinu, usporavanje plamena pri ispitivanju žicom prema IEC60695-2-12 i karakteristike izotropnog skupljanja pripravaka bazirane na PA 6 ili PA 66.
