Claims (15)
1. Pripravci naznačeni time da sadrže
A) najlon-6 ili najlon-6,6,
B) bezvlaknasto i nepjenasto smrvljeno staklo koje ima d90 određen pomoću laserske difraktometrije u rasponu od 5 do 250 µm, i duljinu u rasponu od 0.01 do 0.5 mm,
C) dugo sjeckana staklena vlakna koja imaju početnu duljinu u rasponu od 1 do 50 mm, i
D) melamin cijanurat.
2. Pripravci prema zahtjevu 1, naznačeni time da oni sadrže
A) 5 % do 92.9 masenih % najlon-6 ili najlon-6,6,
B) 5% do 80 masenih % bezvlaknastog i nepjenastog smrvljenog stakla koje ima d90 određen pomoću laserske difraktometrije u rasponu od 5 do 250 µm i duljinu u rasponu od 0.01 do 0.5 mm,
C) 2% do 8 masenih % dugo sjeckanih staklenih vlakana koja imaju početnu duljinu u rasponu od d1 do 50 mm, i
D) 0.1% do 40 masenih % melamin cijanurata, uz uvjet da je ukupni zbroj svih masenih postotaka uvijek 100.
3. Pripravci prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačeni time da je komponenta B) dodatno također sortirana po veličini s B'), barem jednim aminoalkiltrialkoksisilanom, poželjno u količini od 0.01 masenih % do 1.5 masenih %, bazirano na količini bezvlaknastog i nepjenastog smrvljenog stakla.
4. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačeni time da oni sadrže, pored komponenata A), B), C), D) i E) ili A), B), B'), C), D), također E) 0.01 masenih % do 5 masenih %, bazirano na ukupnom pripravku, barem jedan lubrikant i/ili sredstvo za oslobađanje iz kalupa, u kojem su slučaju razine drugih komponenata smanjene na takvu razinu da je ukupan zbroj svih masenih postotaka uvijek 100.
5. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačeni time da oni sadrže, pored komponenata A) do E) ili umjesto E), također komponentu F) 0.01 % do 10 masenih %, bazirano na ukupnom pripravku, barem jedan laserski absorber, poželjno laserski apsorber odabran iz skupine koju čine antimon trioksid, kositar oksid, kositar ortofosfat, barijev titanat, aluminijev oksid, bakar hidroksifosfat, bakar ortofosfat, kalijev bakrov difosfat, bakrov hidroksid, antimon kositar oksid, bizmut trioksid i antrakinon, u kojem su slučaju razine drugih komponenata smanjene na takvu razinu da je ukupan zbroj svih masenih postotaka uvijek 100.
6. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačeni time da oni sadrže, pored komponenata A) do F) ili umjesto E) i/ili F), također komponentu G) 0.01 % do 60 masenih %, bazirano na ukupnom pripravku, barem jedan dodatni usporivač plamena koji je različit od melamin cijanurata, u kojem su slučaju razine drugih komponenata smanjene na takvu razinu da je ukupan zbroj svih masenih postotaka uvijek 100.
7. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačeni time da oni sadrže, pored komponenata A) do G) ili umjesto E) i/ili F) i/ili G), također komponentu H) 0.01 % do 50 masenih %, bazirano na ukupnom pripravku, barem jedno punilo različito od komponenata B) i C), u kojem su slučaju razine drugih komponenata smanjene na takvu razinu da je ukupan zbroj svih masenih postotaka uvijek 100.
8. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačeni time da oni sadrže, pored komponenata A) do H) ili umjesto komponenata E) i/ili F) i/ili G) i/ili H), također K) 0.01% do 20 masenih %, bazirano na ukupnom pripravku, barem jedan dodatni aditiv različit od komponenata D) do H), u kojem su slučaju razine drugih komponenata smanjene na takvu razinu da je ukupan zbroj svih masenih postotaka uvijek 100.
9. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačeni time da je bezvlaknasto i nepjenasto smrvljeno staklo za korištenje kao komponenta B) od čestica, ne cilindričnog oblika i koje imaju omjer promjera prema debljini od manje od 5, poželjno manje od 3, poželjnije manje od 2.
10. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačeni time da mljeveno staklo za korištenje kao komponenta B) ima gustoću u rasponu od 2400 do 2700 kg/m3.
11. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačeni time da bez-vlaknasto i nepjenasto smrvljeno staklo za korištenje kao komponenta B) ne pokazuje geometriju stakla tipičnu za vlaknasto staklo s cilindričnim ili ovalnim poprečnim presjekom koje ima omjer duljine prema promjeru (omjer L/D) veći od 5.
12. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačeni time da se komponenta B) temelji na staklu natron-vapno, borosilikatnom staklu ili E-staklu, poželjno na E-staklu.
13. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačeni time da se kao komponenta B) koriste vrste stakla u kojem je udio K2O manji od ili jednak 2 masenih %, na temelju svih komponenata stakla.
14. Uporaba pripravaka prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 13 naznačena time da je za proizvodnju proizvoda, poželjno električnih komponenata, poželjnije strujnih zaštitnih prekidača strujnog kruga i drugih prekidača strujnog kruga, čak poželjnije za prekidače strujnog kruga koji imaju nazivne struje > 16 A, naročito poželjno za prekidače strujnog kruga koji imaju nazivne struje > 32 A.
15. Postupak za proizvodnju proizvoda, poželjno električnih komponenata, poželjnije za strujne zaštitne prekidače strujnog kruga i druge prekidači strujnog kruga, čak još poželjnije za prekidače strujnog kruga koji imaju nazivne struje > 16 A, naročito poželjno za prekidače strujnog kruga koji imaju nazivne struje > 32 A, pomoću uporabe pripravaka prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 13 naznačen time da se koristi postupak injekcijskog prešanja, ekstrudiranja ili postupak puhanja.
