Claims (14)
1. Postupak nanošenja fotokatalitičke disperzije na papir (2), naznačen time da postupak sadrži impregnaciju papira (2) termoreaktivnom smolom, sušenje smolom impregniranog papira (2), nanošenje fotokatalitičke disperzije (10) koja sadrži fotokatalitičke nanočestice, čestice otporne na grebanje i aditive protiv promjene boje pod utjecajem svijetlosti, prilagođene da smanjuju promjenu boje pod utjecajem svjetlosti zadržavajući fotokatalitičku aktivnost nanočestica, na osušenom, smolom impregniranom papiru (2), i sušenje smolom impregniranog papira (2) koji ima na sebi nanesenu fotokatalitičku disperziju (10).
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je aditiv protiv promjene boje pod utjecajem svjetlosti surfaktant.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da je surfaktant polieter modificiran siloksanom.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevima od 1-3, naznačen time da je dodatak protiv promjene boje pod utjecajem svijetlosti prisutan u fotokatalitičkoj disperziji (10) u koncentraciji većoj od 0,1% težine, poželjno višoj od 1% težine, poželjnije višoj od 5% težine.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevima od 1-3, naznačen time da je aditiv protiv promjene boje pod utjecajem svijetlosti prisutan u fotokatalitičkoj disperziji u rasponu od 1-35% težine, a poželjno je od 1-15% težine, a poželjnije je od 1-5% težine.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da sušenje impregniranog papira sa smolom (2) obuhvaća sušenje navedenog papira impregniranog sa smolom (2) do gubitka koji se pojavi stvrdnjavanjem ispod 20%, a poželjno je manje od 15%.
7. Postupak prema jednom bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da čestice otporne na ogrebotine jesu ili sadrže čestice od silicijevog dioksida veličine nanometra, poželjno čestice od rastopljenog silicijevog dioksida.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da čestice otporne na grebanje jesu ili sadrže aluminijev oksid.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da čestice otporne na ogrebotine jesu ili sadrže čestice od silicijevog dioksida u obliku diska, koje imaju omjer širine/debljine veći ili jednak od 3:1, poželjnije veći ili jednak od 5:1.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su fotokatalitičke nanočestice fotokatalitički titanov dioksid, poželjno u mineralnom obliku.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da fotokatalitičke nanočestice imaju primarnu veličinu čestica manju od 50 nm, poželjno manju od 30 nm, poželjnije manje od 20 nm, a najpoželjnije manje od 10 nm.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je fotokatalitička disperzija (10) na bazi vode.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se fotokatalitička disperzija (10) primjenjuje s najmanje jednim valjkom (11).
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da papir (2) je neprekinuta papirnata mreža.
