Claims (16)
1. Postupak recikliranja potrošenog polimernog otpadnog materijala, naznačen time što se sastoji u:
osiguravanju najmanje jednog potrošenog otpadnog polimera;
čišćenju potrošenog otpadnog polimera;
osiguravanju funkcionalnog punila, koje sadrži:
i. anorganski partikulat; i
ii. oblogu, koja sadrži prvi spoj, koji sadrži krajnju propanskokiselinsku skupinu ili etilensku skupinu, uz jednu ili dvije susjedne karbonilne skupine; i
miješanju potrošenog otpadnog polimera s funkcionalnim punilom kako bi se dobilo reciklirani polimer, gdje funkcionalno punilo dolazi u količini jednakoj ili većoj od 10%, težinski, otpadnog polimera.
2. Postupak recikliranja polimernog otpadnog materijala, naznačen time što se sastoji u:
osiguravanju najmanje jednog otpadnog polimera;
čišćenju otpadnog polimera u prvom koraku postupka;
čišćenju otpadnog polimera u drugom koraku postupka;
osiguravanju funkcionalnog punila, koje sadrži:
i. anorganski partikulat; i
ii. oblogu, koja sadrži prvi spoj, koji sadrži krajnju propanskokiselinsku skupinu ili etilensku skupinu, uz jednu ili dvije susjedne karbonilne skupine; i
miješanju otpadnog polimera s funkcionalnim punilom kako bi se dobilo reciklirani polimer, gdje funkcionalno punilo dolazi u količini jednakoj ili većoj od 10%, težinski, otpadnog polimera.
3. Postupak recikliranja polimernog otpadnog materijala, naznačen time što se sastoji u:
osiguravanju najmanje jednog otpadnog polimera;
kemijskom čišćenju otpadnog polimera;
osiguravanju funkcionalnog punila, koje sadrži:
i. anorganski partikulat; i
ii. oblogu, koja sadrži prvi spoj, koji sadrži krajnju propanskokiselinsku skupinu ili etilensku skupinu, uz jednu ili dvije susjedne karbonilne skupine; i
miješanju otpadnog polimera s funkcionalnim punilom kako bi se dobilo reciklirani polimer, gdje funkcionalno punilo dolazi u količini jednakoj ili većoj od 10%, težinski, otpadnog polimera.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što kemijsko čišćenje uključuje centrifugiranje the otpadni polimer u plinu kako bi se uklonilo hlapljive i čvrste nečistoće iz otpadnog polimera.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, naznačen time što otpadni polimer sadrži najmanje dva različita polimera, primjerice polietilen i polipropilen.
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što funkcionalno punilo dolazi u rasponu količina od 50% do 70%, težinski, otpadnog polimera.
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 1, 2 ili 3, naznačen time što se dodatno sastoji u miješanju otpadnog polimera s funkcionalnim punilom s aditivom koji sadrži peroksid i/ili antioksidans kako bi se dobilo reciklirani polimer.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što obloga dodatno sadrži drugi spoj, kojeg se bira između jedne ili više masnih kiselina i jedne ili više soli masnih kiselina, te njihovih kombinacija.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što anorganski partikulat ima d50 od 0,5 do 2 µm.
10. Polimerna smjesa, naznačena time što se sastoji od:
najmanje jednog polimera; i
funkcionalnog punila, koje uključuje:
i. anorganski partikulat; i
ii. obloga na površini anorganskog partikulata, gdje se obloga sastoji od:
prvog spoja, koji sadrži krajnju propanskokiselinsku skupinu ili etilensku skupinu, uz jednu ili dvije susjedne karbonilne skupine,
uz uvjet da kada se najmanje jedan polimer ne reciklira iz polimernog otpada u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-7, obloga dodatno sadrži drugi spoj, kojeg se bira iz skupine koju čine jedna ili više masnih kiselina i jedna ili više soli masnih kiselina, te njihove kombinacije; te gdje funkcionalno punilo dolazi u količini jednakoj ili većoj od 10%, težinski, polimera.
11. Polimerna smjesa u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time što anorganski partikulat ima d50 od 0,5 do 2 µm.
12. Reciklirana polimerna smjesa, naznačena time što je se može dobiti postupkom u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-9.
13. Smjesa u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačena time što navedena smjesa dodatno sadrži aditiv koji sadrži peroksid, primjerice dikumil peroksid ili 1,1-di(tert-butilperoksi)-3,3,5-trimetilcikloheksan, gdje je izborno aditiv koji sadrži peroksid prisutan u oblozi.
14. Smjesa u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9-13, naznačena time što funkcionalno punilo dolazi u količini manjoj od ili jednakoj 50%, težinski, polimera ili reciklirane polimerne smjese.
15. Upotreba funkcionalnog punila u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1, 2 ili 3 u recikliranoj polimernoj smjesi koju se dobiva iz najmanje jednog otpadnog polimera, naznačena time što funkcionalno punilo dolazi u količini jednakoj ili većoj od 10%, težinski, otpadnog polimera, te što se najmanje jedan polimer čisti, primjerice kemijskim čišćenjem bez otapala, u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, gdje izborno najmanje jedan otpadni polimer sadrži smjesu najmanje dva različita tipa polimera.
16. Upotreba u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 15, naznačena time što anorganski partikulat ima d50 od 0,5 do 2 µm.
