860,138. Dial gauges; indicating apparatus. MAHR, C. May 9, 1958 [Sept. 12, 1957], No. 15000/58. Classes 106 (2) and 106 (4). A dial gauge has a lever system 3, 5 to transmit movements of the plunger 1 to the indicating pointer P, and means, in the form of a projection 17 eccentrically mounted on a pin 4, to vary the effective leverage of the system. The projection 17 which has a hemi-spherical head, is mounted on the lever 3 and abuts against a shoulder 16 on the second lever 5. It is turned by means of a squared head 18.
