795,797. Liquid dispensing apparatus. LESNICK, M. L. Oct. 14, 1955, No. 10152/57. Divided out of 795,796. Drawings to Specification,. Class 106(5) A liquid dispenser comprises a casing having a measuring chamber interiorly thereof, inlet and outlet ports to the chamber having sealing surfaces engaged by valves biased to the closed position by spring means fixed to the valves. and the casing and extending through the ports, a valve operator for opening and closing the valves and acting on the latter in a line transverse to the axis of the ports and spaced from the sealing surfaces of the ports, and a pair of co-operating bearing surfaces between each valve and its port to form a hinge whereby action of the operator causes pivotal movement of each of the valves about its respective hinge without causing other displacement of the valve with respect to the casing. The dispenser is the same as that described in Specification 795,796.
