Abstract

1,122,785. Valves. G. F. HARE. 22 Nov., 1966 [26 Aug., 1965], No. 36675/65. Heading F2V. A fluid pressure valve has inlet and outlet parts 2, 3 and a piston actuated closure member 5 on the inlet side of seat 4. Adjustable spring 12 urges the valve towards its closed position and the areas of piston 9 and closure member 5 are such that the inlet pressure overcomes spring 12 and opens the valve. The Specification states that the valve is suitable for use in the poultry house cleansing apparatus described in Specification 1,078,352.
