705,129. Spray-producers. TAVOLA, B. April 10, 1952 [April 10, 1951], No. 9175/52. Class 69 (3). [Also in Group XXVII] A liquid injector, e.g. an internal-combustion engine fuel injector, has a valve 14 operated by liquid pressure and guided in its axial path by roller bearings 28, 29, the end of the valve being sealed to the injector body by a resilient washer, e.g. of synthetic rubber. The washer 24 is gripped at its edges between a flanged member 25 and a screwed bush 22 and its centre portion is gripped between a flange on the valve stem 14 and the valve spring abutment 27 which engages a reduced portion of the valve stem passing through the washer.
