[Class 20(i)] A greenhouse frame unit, (two of which are shown in Fig. 1- joined together), is built up from metal angle and T-sections and comprises a ridge bar 9 supported at each end by frames of angle section 12, 12a, 14b, and a number of sash bars of T- section, those 20 of the roof span being secured at their upper ends as shown in Figs. 4 and 6 to the ridge member, and at their lower ends to eave bars 13, and those 20b forming the side walls being secured to the eave bars 13 end to a foundation angle section member 14 secured to a low brick or other foundation. The angle sections of the end frames also have sash bars 20, 20b secured to them and vertical members 30 of T-section which form the end walls. One end frame may have a hinged door or, as shown, a pair of doors 31 rolling on a guide rail 33 and retained at the foot by a guide 37. The sash bars of the roof span may be strengthened by bars 16, and the structure is braced by members 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26. A number of units may be joined end to end, one end frame being omitted at each junction, the ridge bars being secured together by a cap 10 and the members 13, 16 of adjoining units as shown in Fig. 5. The side walls diverge downwardly as shown. Ventilator frames 20c hinged to the ridge bar may be provided.
