605,904. Glasshouses; collapsable buildings. FITCH, S. Jan. 5, 1946, No. 470. [Class 20(i)] A building struc- 'ture such as a horticultural frame, glasshouse &c. has'sides, ends and roof formed of panes of glass C or sheets of other material held in position by metal clips D bent to the shape shown and welded or screwed to the frame members, the lower edges of the panes or sheets being supported in the hook-shaped lower ends d<3> of the clips and their upper ends being held between the frame members and the parallel portions d<2> of the clips. Side and end members A and roof members B are of flanged channel sections, the clips being fixed in pairs to the flanges. The upper edges of the top row of roof sheets are clipped under a ridge member G, this member serving also, together with a similar inside member G', to clamp the abutting ends of roof members B in position. A short spacing member g is located in the channel of the members B at the ridge. The upper ends of the members A carry bolts which pass through channel section leave members E to engage the lower ends of the members B. The vertical flanges of the members E serve to locate the upper edges of the top row of side sheets. At their lower ends the uprights A are bolted to angle section foundation members E<1>.
