384,932. Regulating boiler pressure. SULZER FRERES SOC. ANON., Winterthur, Switzerland. July 5, 1932, No. 18980. Convention date, Oct. 13, 1931. [Class 123 (ii).] In steam boilers in which the steam outflow is controlled in accordance with the boiler pressure a valve 12 regulates the quantity of steam near the point of consumption in accordance with the load and a control 14 situated in the delivery pipe at a point between the throttle 9 regulating the steam outflow and the valve 12 operates the supply of heat or feedwater or both in accordance with the pressure at that point. An accumulator 20 may be provided to supplement the volume of the delivery pipe and avoid excessive pressure variations.
