Abstract

292,458. Muss, M. June 18, 1927, [Convention date]. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Acts]. Atmospheric gas burners; perforatedtube and like multiple-jet burners.- The burner tube 1 is formed with outlet slots 2 of different sizes or at different distances apart and a member 4 is provided to prevent the direct passage of gaseous-mixture from the venturi mixing-tube 3 to the slots at the inner end of the tube. The member 4 consists of a metal plate or a gauze or partly of a. plate and partly of a gauze. The nipple has a rounded head 7 with a conical bore 6 and is provided with a needle valve 10.
