Abstract

210,301. Keith & Blackman Co., Ltd., J., and Keith, G. Feb. 22, 1923. Atmospheric gas burners; making burners and burner fittings.-A Venturi mixing-tube is construcbed of two symmetrical stampings 1, 2 formed with longitudinal flanges 3, 4, which are welded together or secured by folding one flange over the edge of the adjacent flange as shown in Fig. 6. The inlet end of the tube is inserted into a ring 5, having two diametrically disposed slots 6 in its inner periphery to engage the flanges 3, 4, and the ring 5 is screwed into an aperture in a bracket 7 which supports a nipple in axial alignment with the tube.
