Spray carburettors.-A carburettor comprises a Venturi tube e the air supply to which is controlled 'by a rotatable ported valve j in a casing f, and a steam nozzle s disposed substantially level with and at right angles to the fuel nozzle m in the Venturi tube, and has a valve or cock t for controlling the flow of steam, said valve being connected, through an arm v and rod w, to the throttle valve c. The float chamber 4 is adjustable vertically as described in Specification 188,573.
