A combined balanced flue arrangement and heater appliance embodying a burner isolated from the room containing the appliance, comprises a flue duct o fitted to an outlet kk from the combustion chamber of the appliance, a combustion air box n, substantially coaxial with the duct o and fitted to a combustion air inlet port jj leading to a burner, and a combustion air box extension n<SP>1</SP> telescopically fitted to the air box n. The extension member n<SP>1</SP> supports a combined flue outlet and combustion air inlet member z. The apparatus also includes a wall cavity liner casing b having a flange c to which is attached a wall mask f.
