D'après les demandes de hrevet publiées en
Allemagne sous les nos 2 231 311 et 2 552 135, on sait ou'en introduisant un groupe hydroperoxy -OOH en position 4 de la molecule des cytostatiques connus 2-(bis (2-chloroéthyl)-amino)-2-oxo-tétrahydro-2H-1,3,2-oxazaphosphorine (cyclophosphamides), 3-(2-chloréthylamino) 2-(bis-(2'-chloréthyl)-amino)-2-oxo-tétrahydro-2H-1,3, 2-oxaza-phosphorine (Trofosfamide), 3-(2-chloréthylami no)-2-(2-chloréthylamino)-2-oxo-tétrahydro~2H-1,3,2~ oxazaphosnhorine (Ifosfamide), 3-(2-chloréthylamino)-2- (2t-méthane-sulfonyléthylamino)~2-oxo-tétrahydro-2H- 1,3,2-oxazaphosphorine (Sufosfamide) et d'autres cyclophosphamides de formule développée analogue, on peut créer des composés ayant des propriétés cytostatiques intéressantes, mais que ces composés possèdent une stabilité si faible qu'il n'est pas possible de les transformer en créparations pharmaceutiques, comme celles qui sont nécessaires en médecine humaine.

L'invention a donc pour objet de créer des cyclo phosnhamides substitués en position 4 avec un groupe hydroxy modifié plus avant, et se caractérisant en particulier par une efficacité cytostatique élevée et une meilleure stabilité.

Comme solvants appropriés il faut mentionner l'eau, les alcoyle infférieur-halogénures comme en particulier le chlorure de méthylène, les alcoyle inférieurcétones comme en particulier l'acétone, le diéthyléther, le diméthylformamide (DMF), le triamide de l'acide hexaméthylphosphorique [HMPT] ou des solvants analogues ou mélanges de plusieurs solvants de ce genre. On conduit la réaction dans des températures situées dans un intervalle de -350 à +500C, c'est-à-dire éventuellement en refroidissant, à la température ambiante ou en réchauffant. La réaction peut se dérouler en présence d'un catalyseur acide comme d'un acide inorganique, d'acide trichloracétique, d'acide trifluorométhanesulfonique, d'acide p-toluènesulfonique ou d'un acide de Lewis, comme A1C13 , ZnC12 ou TiC14.

On obtient les 4-hydroxy-oxazaphosphorines par réduction des dérivés 4-hydroperoxy (par exemple A.
Takamizawa et col., J. Med. Chem. 18, 376 (1975)). Les 4-méthoxy- ou 4-éthoxy-oxazaphosphorines se forment sous catalyse acide à partir des dérivés 4-hydroxy dans le méthanol ou méthanol ou dans des solvants inertes qui contiennent du méthanol ou de l'éthanol. Un prépare les dérivés d'hydroxyurée par réaction dtisocyanate ou de chlorures d'acide carbamique substitués de fanon correspondante avec l'hydroxylamine ou les hydroxylemines N-monosubstituées. De manière analogue on peut obtenir les esters d'acide N-hydroxycarbamique (hydroxycarbemate) par réaction des esters d'acide chlorocarbonique correspondants avec l'hydroxylamine ou les hydroxylamines N-monosubstituées.Pour la synthèse des esters d'acide hydroxyurique ou N-hydroxycarbamique avec un groupe hydroxy, carboxy ou acide sulfonique supplémentaire, il est recommandé d'utiliser une voie de synthèse avec groupe protecteur.
Les oximes de formule IV s'obtiennent par difFérentes voies de synthèse. On peut ainsi les obtenir par réaction des 4-hydroxy-oxazaphosphorines correspondantes avec l'hydroxylamine ou avec les sels d'hydroxylamine.
Le pH doit être maintenu autant que possible entre 2 et 7.
Dans les 4-carbamoyloxy-oxazaphosphorines selon l'invention on peut préparer les isomères racémiques cis et trans (cis = 2R, 49 / ZS, 4S; trans = 2R, 4S / as, 49). La nomenclature corresp@nd aux règles de l'UICPA (IUPAC) et à la littérature consacrée aux dérivés d'oxazaphosphorine correspondants. La forme cis ou trans se prépare égale ment en choisissant les conditions de la réaction de manière à l'orienter. Du point de vue pharmacologique, les isomères ne présentent pas de différences significatives.
Les composés selon l'invention se caractérisent par des propriétés remarquables, intéressantes pour la chimiothérapie. Par comparaison avec la substance de référence cyclophosphamide préalablement connue ils possèdent sur les tumeurs expérimentales transplantées du rat une efficacité chimiothérapeutique cancérotoxique presque aussi forte. Ils agissent en solution aqueuse directement de fanon alcoylante et possèdent in vitro une cytotoxicité élevée, cependant que le cyclophosphamide nécessite une activation enzymatique et n'a pratiquement pas d'action cytotoxique in vitro. La toxicité aiguë des composés selon l'invention est environ 4 fois plus faible que celle de la substance de référence cyclophosphamide, et leur gamme d'utilisation thérapeutique est donc nettement élargie.
Si on considère également les effets secondaires organotoxiques, comme la dépression leucocytaire et l'immunosuppression, les composés selon l'invention possèdent une nette supériorité sur la substance de référence cyclo phosphami de.
Les composés selon l'invention conviennent pour traiter les tumeurs malignes et les maladies malignes analogues comme la leucémie chez l'homme. On les applique à des quantités variant de 0,01 à 100 mg/kg. Les préparations pharmaceutiques utilisées à cet effet se préparent par des procédés habituels faisant appel aux additifs et supports habituels.
Les exemples suivants précisent 1'invention sans la limiter.
Exemple I 2-[bis-[2-chloréthyl]-emino]-2-oxo-tétrahydro-2H-1,3,2 oxazaEhosphorin-4-yl-ox-urée
On dissout 15 g [54 mMolesX de 4-hydroxycyclophosphamide Cc'est-à-dire de 2-[bis-[2-chloréthyl]-amino]- 4-hydroxy-tétrahydro-2H-1,3,2-oxazaphosphorine-2-oxyde] et 4,4 g C58 mMoles) d'hydroxyurée dans 70 ml de DMF, on acidifie (pH 3-43 avec de l'acide trichloracétique et on laisse reposer pendant 20 h à 0 C au réfrigérateur.
On dissout 15 g [54 mMolesX de 4-hydroxycyclophosphamide Cc'est-à-dire de 2-[bis-[2-chloréthyl]-amino]- 4-hydroxy-tétrahydro-2H-1,3,2-oxazaphosphorine-2-oxyde] et 4,4 g C58 mMoles) d'hydroxyurée dans 70 ml de DMF, on acidifie (pH 3-43 avec de l'acide trichloracétique et on laisse reposer pendant 20 h à 0 C au réfrigérateur.
On dilue alors la bouillie cristalline avec 70 ml d'acétate d'éthyle et au bout de 2 h on Filtre par succion, on lave, on sèche et on recristallise à partir du méthanol.

On dissout 1,1 g (4,0 mMole] de 4-hydroxycyclophosphamide dans le méthanol, on mélange avec une trace d'acide trichloracétique, on laisse reposer pendant la nuit à -25 C, puis on enlève avec ménagement le méthanol, on absorbe le résidu dans un peu de chlorure de méthylène, on sèche et on concentre à 1 ,2 g de 4-méthoxycyclophosphamide [c'est-à-dire de 2-[bis-[2-chloréthyl]-amino]-4méthoxy-tétrahydro-2H-1,3,2-oxazaphosphorine-2-oxyde].
On dissout 1,1 g (4,0 mMole] de 4-hydroxycyclophosphamide dans le méthanol, on mélange avec une trace d'acide trichloracétique, on laisse reposer pendant la nuit à -25 C, puis on enlève avec ménagement le méthanol, on absorbe le résidu dans un peu de chlorure de méthylène, on sèche et on concentre à 1 ,2 g de 4-méthoxycyclophosphamide [c'est-à-dire de 2-[bis-[2-chloréthyl]-amino]-4méthoxy-tétrahydro-2H-1,3,2-oxazaphosphorine-2-oxyde].
On dissout ensuite 1,2 g de 4-méthoxycyclophosphamide et 304 mg d'hydroxyurée dans 3 ml de DMF, et on garde pendant 20 h à -25 C au réFrigérateur. On dilue la boullie cristalline avec 3 ml d'acétate d'éthyle, on filtre par succion, on lave, on sèche et on recristallise à partir du méthanol.

On dissout 16 g (SB mmoles) de 4-hydroxycyclophosphamide et 5,2 g t68 mmoles) d'hydroxyurée dans 160 ml d'eau, on acidifie [pH 3-43 avec de l'acide trichloracétique et on laisse reposer pendant 20 h à 0 C au réfrigérateur. On
Filtre ensuite par succion la bouillie cristalline, on la lave à l'eau, on sèche sur P205 sous un vide poussé et on recristallise à partir du méthanol/chloroforme.

Exemple 4 3-[2-chloroéthyl]-2-[bis-[2'-chloroéthyl]-amino]-2-oxotétrahydro-2H-1,3,2-oxezaphosphorin-4-yl-oxy-urés
On dissout 20 g t50 mmoles) de 4-hydroxytrofosfamide [c'est-à-dire de 2-[2-chloroéthyl]-amino]-4-hydroxy-tétrahydro-2H-1,3,2-oxazaphosphorine-2-oxyde et 5,3 g t70 mmoles) d'hydroxyurée dans 100 ml de DMF et on refroidit à -150C.
On dissout 20 g t50 mmoles) de 4-hydroxytrofosfamide [c'est-à-dire de 2-[2-chloroéthyl]-amino]-4-hydroxy-tétrahydro-2H-1,3,2-oxazaphosphorine-2-oxyde et 5,3 g t70 mmoles) d'hydroxyurée dans 100 ml de DMF et on refroidit à -150C.
On acidifie ensuite [pH 3-43 avec de l'acide trichlorecétique et on agite pendant 5 h à -15 C. Après avoir laissé reposer pendant la nuit à 0 C on dilue la solution réactionnelle avec une quantité double d'eau. Ensuite on extrait en secouant 4 fois avec à chaque fois 300 ml d'acétate d'éthyle/méthanol (10:1), on lave 2 fois les phases acétate d'éthyle réunies avec de l'eau, on sèche sur sulfate de sodium et on concentre sous vide 22 g d'huile.
Après absorption dans l'acétate d'éthyle/méthanol, il se cristallise 4,2 g [Pf 106-1100C). On sépare la liqueurmère par chromatographie sur colonne sur gel de silice avec du chloroforme/méthanol C10:13 et on recristallise avec le premier produit de cristallisation à partir de l'acétate d'éthyle/méthanol.
Rendement: 7,0 g [35% de la quantité théorique], Pf : 115-116 C tdéc-)-
Exemple 5 3-benzyl-1-[2-[bis-[2-chloréthyl]-amino]-2-oxo-tétrahydro1,3,2-oxazaphosphorin-4-yl-oxy]-urés
Dans 900 mg (3,25 mMoles) de 4-hydroxycyclophosphamide dans 1 ml de chlorure de méthylène on ajoute 540 mg (3,25 mMoles] de 3-benzyl-1-hydroxyurée dans 40 ml d'acétone et une quantité catalytique d'acide trichloracétique. On garde le mélange pendant la nuit à -250C, puis on filtre les cristaux par succion, on les lave avec de l'acétone et de l'éther et on recristallise à partir de l'acétate d'éthyle.
Exemple 5 3-benzyl-1-[2-[bis-[2-chloréthyl]-amino]-2-oxo-tétrahydro1,3,2-oxazaphosphorin-4-yl-oxy]-urés
Dans 900 mg (3,25 mMoles) de 4-hydroxycyclophosphamide dans 1 ml de chlorure de méthylène on ajoute 540 mg (3,25 mMoles] de 3-benzyl-1-hydroxyurée dans 40 ml d'acétone et une quantité catalytique d'acide trichloracétique. On garde le mélange pendant la nuit à -250C, puis on filtre les cristaux par succion, on les lave avec de l'acétone et de l'éther et on recristallise à partir de l'acétate d'éthyle.

On mélange 560 mg [2 mMoles] de 4-hydroxycyclophosphamide dans 10 ml d'acétone avec 460 mg de 3-o-bromophényl-1-hydroxyurée et une quantité catalytique d'acide trichloracétique et on laisse reposer à -850C. Au bout de 2 jours on filtre les cristaux par succion et on recristallise à partir de l'acétone. Rendement: 320 mg (32% de la quantité théorique], Pf : 110-111 C [déc.].
On mélange 560 mg [2 mMoles] de 4-hydroxycyclophosphamide dans 10 ml d'acétone avec 460 mg de 3-o-bromophényl-1-hydroxyurée et une quantité catalytique d'acide trichloracétique et on laisse reposer à -850C. Au bout de 2 jours on filtre les cristaux par succion et on recristallise à partir de l'acétone. Rendement: 320 mg (32% de la quantité théorique], Pf : 110-111 C [déc.].

N-[2-[bis-[2-chloroéthyl]-amino]-2-oxo-tétrahydro-1,3,2oxazaphosphorin-4-yl-oxy]-4-morpholinocarboxamide
On mélange 1,2 g 4,3 mMoles) de 4-hydroxycyclophosphamide dans 15 ml d'acétone avec 630 mg 4,3 moles de N-hydroxy-morpholino-carboxamide et une trace d'acide trichloracétique et on garde à -25 C. Au bout de 4 jours on filtre les cristaux par succion et on recristallise à partir de l'acétone.
N-[2-[bis-[2-chloroéthyl]-amino]-2-oxo-tétrahydro-1,3,2oxazaphosphorin-4-yl-oxy]-4-morpholinocarboxamide
On mélange 1,2 g 4,3 mMoles) de 4-hydroxycyclophosphamide dans 15 ml d'acétone avec 630 mg 4,3 moles de N-hydroxy-morpholino-carboxamide et une trace d'acide trichloracétique et on garde à -25 C. Au bout de 4 jours on filtre les cristaux par succion et on recristallise à partir de l'acétone.
Rendement: 780 mg [45% de la quantité théorique];

On dissout 550 mg [2 mMoles] de 4-hydroxycyclophosphamide et 210 mg C2 mMoles] d'éthylhydroxycarbamate (hydrcxyuréthane) dans 5 ml de chlorure de méthylène sec, dépourvu d'alcool, on mélange avec une quantité catalytique d'acide trichloracétique, on ajoute du tamis moléculaire 4 A et on laisse reposer à 250C pendant 3 jours.
Ethyl-2-[bis-[2-chloréthyl]-amino-2-oxo-tétrahydro-2H 1,3,2-oxazaphosphorin-4-yl-oxy-carbamate

On sépare ensuite du tamis moléculaire, on lave une fois dans un entonnoir à décantation avec une solution diluée de carbonate acide de sodium, on concentre sous vide la phase chlorure de méthylène séchée sur sulfate de sodium et on dilue avec de l'éther. Après avoir laissé reposer pendant 20 h à -250C on Filtre les cristaux par succion, on lave et on sèche.

On met en suspension 56,5 g [0,28 Mole) de chlorhydrate de benzylester de glycine dans 300 ml de toluène et, tout en agitant à une température de bain de 140 C, on introduit pendant 2 heures du gaz phosgène sec.
Sel de cyclohexylamine de l'acide {3-[2-[bis-[2-chloréthyl] amino]-2-oxo-tétrahydro-2H-1,3,2-oxazaphosphorin-4-yl oxy]-uréido} -acétique a] Acide 3-hydroxy-uréido-acétique
On met en suspension 56,5 g [0,28 Mole) de chlorhydrate de benzylester de glycine dans 300 ml de toluène et, tout en agitant à une température de bain de 140 C, on introduit pendant 2 heures du gaz phosgène sec.

Après avoir agité pendant 1 h à la température ambiante on concentre sous vide et on recristallise le résidu à partir de l'acétate d'éthyle.
Rendement: 28,1 g [83,6% de la quantité théorique] de benzyl-3-hydroxy-uréido-acétate.

On mélange 22,4 g [0,1 Mole) de benzyl-3-hydroxyuréido-acétate dans 300 ml de méthanol avec 5 g de palladium sur charbon et on hydrogène dans un récipient pour hydrogénation catalytique monté sur une secoueuse.
Au bout d'environ 20 minutes, l'absorption d'hydrogène correspondante est terminée. On filtre le catalyseur per succion, on concentre le filtrat sous vide et on recristallise le résidu solide à partir du dioxanne.
Rendement: 9,8 g (73% de la quantité théorique] d'acide 3-hydroxy-uréido-acétique;

Exemple 74 3-[N,N-[bis-[2-chloréthyl]-diamino-phosphinyl-oxy]propionaldéhyde-oxime [Aldophosphamide-oxime]
On met en suspension 4,0 g t13,7 mMoles] de 4-hydroperoxycyclophosphamide dans 50 ml d'eau en refroidissent avec de la glace et on mélange avec 500 mg de thiosulfate de sodium x 5 Moles d'eau. En agitant à 5-100C on contrôle le pH avec un pH-mètre, on maintient entrepH 4,5 et 5,5 avec de l'acide sulFurique 2 N et on verse goutte à goutte une solution concentrée de thiosulfate de sodium jusqu'à ce que le pH cesse de monter.On agite pendant 1/2 h à environ 100C, on verse goutte à goutte une solution aqueuse de 950 mg de chlorhydrate d'hydroxylamine, on maintient le pH à 5 avec de la lessive de soude 2 N, on laisse reposer le mélange réactionnel pendant la nuit au réfrigérateur à 50C, on extrait 4 fois avec à chaque fois 50 ml d'acétate d'éthyle et on concentre les extraits organiques après séchage sur sulfate de sodium sous vide à 300C. On absorbe le résidu dans le chlorure de méthylène et on filtre les cristaux par succion au bout d'1 jour.
On met en suspension 4,0 g t13,7 mMoles] de 4-hydroperoxycyclophosphamide dans 50 ml d'eau en refroidissent avec de la glace et on mélange avec 500 mg de thiosulfate de sodium x 5 Moles d'eau. En agitant à 5-100C on contrôle le pH avec un pH-mètre, on maintient entrepH 4,5 et 5,5 avec de l'acide sulFurique 2 N et on verse goutte à goutte une solution concentrée de thiosulfate de sodium jusqu'à ce que le pH cesse de monter.On agite pendant 1/2 h à environ 100C, on verse goutte à goutte une solution aqueuse de 950 mg de chlorhydrate d'hydroxylamine, on maintient le pH à 5 avec de la lessive de soude 2 N, on laisse reposer le mélange réactionnel pendant la nuit au réfrigérateur à 50C, on extrait 4 fois avec à chaque fois 50 ml d'acétate d'éthyle et on concentre les extraits organiques après séchage sur sulfate de sodium sous vide à 300C. On absorbe le résidu dans le chlorure de méthylène et on filtre les cristaux par succion au bout d'1 jour.

On mélange 5,8 g [20 mMoles] d'Aldophosphamideoxime dans 60 ml d'acétone avec 4 g CO mMoles] de p-bromophénylisocyanate dans 40 ml d'acétone, on agite en refroidissant pendant 5 h. Au bout de 2 h on sèche le produit de cristallisation filtré par succion sous vide sur un évaporateur rotatif à 400C et on recristallise dans le méthanol.
On mélange 5,8 g [20 mMoles] d'Aldophosphamideoxime dans 60 ml d'acétone avec 4 g CO mMoles] de p-bromophénylisocyanate dans 40 ml d'acétone, on agite en refroidissant pendant 5 h. Au bout de 2 h on sèche le produit de cristallisation filtré par succion sous vide sur un évaporateur rotatif à 400C et on recristallise dans le méthanol.

On mélange 7,3 g C25 mMoles] d'Aldophosphamidoxime dans 80 ml d'acétone avec 4,7 g (25 mMoles] de m-triFluorométhylphénylisocyanate dans 40 ml d'acétone. On agite pendant 3 h à OOC, on laisse reposer pendant la nuit au réfrigérateur à -25 C, on mélange avec 150 ml d'éther de pétrole, et après avoir encore laissé reposer au réFrigérateur pendant la nuit à -25 C on Filtre par succion.
On mélange 7,3 g C25 mMoles] d'Aldophosphamidoxime dans 80 ml d'acétone avec 4,7 g (25 mMoles] de m-triFluorométhylphénylisocyanate dans 40 ml d'acétone. On agite pendant 3 h à OOC, on laisse reposer pendant la nuit au réfrigérateur à -25 C, on mélange avec 150 ml d'éther de pétrole, et après avoir encore laissé reposer au réFrigérateur pendant la nuit à -25 C on Filtre par succion.
On sèche le produit de cristallisation à 300C et on le recristallise à partir de l'isopropanol.
Rendement: 9,2 g [76,8% de la quantité théorique];

Exemple 82 [comprimés enrobés résistants au suc gastrique]
On fait passer à travers un tamis et on mélange 100 g du composé correspondant à l'exemple n 5 avec 7,0 g d'Aérosil. A ce mélange on ajoute 76,0 g d'Avicel PH 105, 10 g d'amidon de maïs et 7,0 g d'acide stéarique et on mélange jusqu'à répartition homogène de tous les composants..
Exemple 82 [comprimés enrobés résistants au suc gastrique]
On fait passer à travers un tamis et on mélange 100 g du composé correspondant à l'exemple n 5 avec 7,0 g d'Aérosil. A ce mélange on ajoute 76,0 g d'Avicel PH 105, 10 g d'amidon de maïs et 7,0 g d'acide stéarique et on mélange jusqu'à répartition homogène de tous les composants..
On comprime cette masse de fanon classique en noyaux de 200 mg avec 100 mg de matière active.
On recouvre ces noyaux d'un revêtement pelliculaire résistant au suc gastrique, constitué par exemple de dérivés cellulosiques appropriés ou d'une matière entièrement synthétique Formant pellicule en solution organique ou en disper-sior aqueuse qui peut contenir des additifs comme des plastifiants, des colorants, des agents de sapidité ou des agents anti-mousse.

C1 à C4 ou un benzyle ou un benzhydryle ou un naphtyle ou un fluorényle ou un pyridyle ou un thiényle ou un benzoyle ou un alcanoyle en C1 à C4 ou R5 et R6 ou R6 et R7 avec l'atome auquel ils sont liés représentent un composant d'un système hétérocyclique saturé, qui peut contenir en outre un atome d'oxygène, un atome d'azote substitué par un alcoyle inférieur ou un atome de soufre -6- , -SO- ou -S02- , ou R6 et R7 représentent un composant d'un noyau aziridine non substitué ou substitué par un cyano ou par un carbamoyle, et leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables.
2. Dérivés de 4-carbamoyloxy-oxazsphosphorine selon la revendicatbn 1, caractérisés en ce que Z représente
et X est un oxygène, R5 et R6 , qui peuvent etre semblables ou différents, représentent un hydrogène, un méthyle ou un éthyle et R7 un hydrogène ou alcoyle à chaine droite ou ramifiée en C1 à C18 , un phényle ou un benzoyle.
3. Oérivés de 4-carbamoyloxy-oxazaphosphorine selon la revendication 2, caractérisés en ce que les R4 sont des atomes d'hydrogène.
4. Dérivés de 4-carbamoyloxy-oxazaphosphorine selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que X est un oxygène, R1 s R2 et 93 , qui sont semblables ou différents, représentent un hydrogène ou le radical 2-chloroéthyle,
R4 , R5 et R6 représentent un hydrogène et R7 un hydrogene, un benzyle, un phényle, qui est non substitué ou substitué par un ou deux groupes carboxy, un alcoyle en Ci à C4 éventuellement substitué par un groupe carboxy ou un phényl-alcoyle en C1 à C4 , qui est éventuellement substitué par un ou deux groupes carboxy dans la Fraction phényle et/ou alcoyle du radical.
5. Procédé de préparation des dérivés de 4-carbamoyloxyoxazaphosphorine selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on Fait réagir une 4-hydroxy-, 4-méthoxy- ou 4-éthoxy-oxazaphosphorine de Formule générale II
où R1 , R2 , R# et R4 ont la même signification que dans la Formule I et où Y est un hydrogène, un méthyle ou un éthyle, avec un dérivé d'hydrcxycarbamate de Formule générale III
où Z, R5 et X ont la même signification que dans la
Formule I, en présence d'un solvant inerte, éventuellement en reFroidissant ou en réchauffant et/ou le cas échéant en présence d'un catalyseur acide.
6. Procédé de préparation de composés de Formule I salon la revendication 1, OÙ Z représente
avec F6 = H et F5 est un hydrogène, caractérisé en ce qu'on fait réagir un oxime de Formule générale IV
où R1 à R4 ont la même signification que dens la formule I, dans un solvant inerte à une température comprise dans un intervalle de -70 à +50 C avec un composé de formule générale V
X = C = N - R7 V où X et 97 ont la même signification que dans la Formule I.
7. Préparations pharmaceutiques contenant comme substance active un composé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 à c8té des supports et/ou diluants physiologiquement compatibles habituels.
