Abstract

Procédé et dispositif pour le déshuilage, le nettoyage, le lavage et le séchage de petites pièces industrielles. Les objets à traiter sont diposés à l'intérieur d'un tambour centrifuge 1, d'axe de rotation 27 vertical, entraîné à une vitesse élevée. Les objets sont ainsi déshuilés et l'huile centrifugée évacuée par une sortie 17. Après freinage, le tambour centrifuge 1 est basculé dans une position nettoyage-lavage et est tout d'abord entraîné avec une vitesse plus faible que précédemment autour d'un deuxième axe de rotation incliné, puis ensuite à une vitesse plus élevée en maintenant l'axe de rotation 27 incliné, le produit de nettoyage et de rinçage étant ainsi évacué par une sortie 17 située au point le plus bas en position de bascule. Le tambour centrifuge 1 est enfin rebasculé dans une position verticale de centrifugation et est entraîné à une vitesse élevée afin d'évacuer le restant du produit de nettoyage et rinçage et de sécher les objets traités.
