Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un concentré protéique contenant des facteurs immunologiques d'origine lactique, notamment des immunoglobulines actives non-dénaturées, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes : - on recueille le lait de femelles laitières hyperimmunisées ; - on sépare la crème et les impuretés; - on coagule le lait clarifié et écrémé ; - on sépare la caséine, on filtre, ultrafiltre et stérilise les protéines du petit-lait par filtration, on évapore et on sèche le produit dans des conditions ne dénaturant pas les immunoglobulines et conservant la stérilité.
