Claims (9)

1. Förfarande för framställning av ett skum av en eller flera tvärbundna olefinpolymerer och eventuellt an- 5 nat polymermaterial, säsom naturgummi eller etylenpropy-lengummi, varvid mängden av det nämnda andra polymermate-rialet är under 15 vikt-% beräknat pä de använda polymera komponenternas totala mängd, varvid olefinpolymeren eller, ifall tvä eller flera olefinpolymerer används, ätminstone 10 en olefinpolymer är ett lineärt LD-polyeten och den andra olefinpolymeren, ifall denna används, är ett LD-polyeten och förfarandet utförs sä, att det lineära LD-polyetenet, jäsmedel, och eventuella tillsatsämnen blandas, blandning-en bearbetas tili ett skivmaterial och det resulterande 15 skivmaterialet tvärbinds och skummas, känneteck- n a t därav, att det lineära LD-polyetenet har en enligt ASTM-testmetoden D-1525-75 mätt Vicat-mjukningstemperatur av under 105 °C och smältindex i omrädet 0,2 - 10 g/10 min, tvärbindningen utförs med ett kemiskt tvärbindningsmedel 20 och tvärbindningsmedlet används i en mängd av 0,3 - 1,5 vikt-% och jäsmedel 0,1 - 30 vikt-%, varvid nämnda vikt-procenter baserar sig pä totala vikten av det använda po-lymermaterialet.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känne- 25 tecknat därav, att skummet framställs av en kombi- nation av lineärt LD-polyeten och LD-polyeten.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, känne-tecknat därav, att ätminstone en del av LD-polyetenet blandas sedan med det lineära LD-polyetenet och den 30 resulterade skumningskompositionen skummas.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, känne-tecknat därav, att förblandningen före blandning med det lineära LD-polyetenet för bildande av skumnings-kompositionern, extruderas vid en temperatur, vilken lig- 35 ger över mjukningstemperaturen av LD-polyetenet, och den extruderade massan mals i granulär form. 24 8 2 0 6 5
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att endast en del av LD-polyetenet används för framställningen av förblandningen och det li-neära LD-polyetenet torrblandas med äterstoden av LD-poly- 5 etenet och denna torra blandning blandas sedan med förblandningen för bildande av skumningskompositionen.
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 3-5, kännetcknat därav, att skumningskompositionen framställs som en skiva genom extruderande av en bland- 10 ning bestäende av det lineära LD-polyetenet, LD-polyetenet, jäsmedlet och eventuellt använt tvärbindningsmedel och andra tillsatsämnen.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 6, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att skivan skummas vid en temperatur 15 av 150 - 275 °C.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 7, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att man använder ett kemiskt tvärbindningsmedel och att skivan utsätts för tvä temperatur-er sä, att den första temperaturen är 150 - 250 °C och den 20 andra temperaturen är 210 - 260 °C.
9. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att jäsmedlet är azodikarbamid och man använder ett kemiskt tvärbindningdsmedel. Il
