Claims (7)

1. Förfarande för framställning av förtennade trädar, specielit trädar av icke-järnmetaller säsom koppar, med en tjocklek av 0,1-1,5 mm, företrädesvis 1,0 mm, för elektrotekniska ändamä.l genom förtenning i tvä steg, varvid den redan färdigdragna trä-den tillförst varmförtennas och därefter förtennas elektröly-tiskt, kännetecknat därav, att den pä konventionellt sätt förbehandlade träden varmförtennas tunt vid en temperatur mellan 400 och 240°C i ett tenn-, eller tennbly- eller tenn-nickelbad under en tid av mindre än 2 sekunder och därefter ky-les och den pä konventionellt sätt förbehandlade träden förtennas elektrolytiskt tili slutlig skikttjocklek i tenn- tennbly-eller tenn-nickelbadet med en skiktt jocklek av ca 3-10 pm.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat ärav, att varmförtenningen sker vid en temperatur mellan 360 och 60°C.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att träden varmförtennas under en tid av mindre än l sekund.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att träden varmförtennas med en skikttjocklek. av 0,5 - 1,5 pm, företrädesvis 1,2 pm.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att den varmförtennade träden förtennas elektrolytiskt med en skikttjocklek av 4 pm.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att till sin tjocklek 0,4-1,0 mm:s trädar, vilkas behand-lingstid vid varmförtenningen är 15-40 sekunder, förtennas därefter elektrolytiskt till en slutlig skikttjocklek av ca 5 pm.
