Claims (9)

1. Förfarande för att behandla monovalentkatjoner av fosfoka-seinater, säsom natrium-, kalium- eller ammoniumfosfokaseinater eller derivat av nämnda fosfokaseinater, sSsom parakasein, kännetecknat därav, att nämnda rämaterial hydro-lyseras enzymatiskt vid pH-värdet 7-9 och en temperatur av 37 - 45°C, genom att använda ätminstone ett proteolytiskt enzym säsom pankreatin, trypsin och/eller alfakymotrypsin, som i människokroppen kan upprepa in vivo skeende proteininsmält-ringen; det sälunda erhällna hydrolysatet ultrafiltreras ätminstone en gäng med membraner, vilka kvarhäller enzymet och genomsläpper hydrolysatets alla peptider i permeatet; tili detta fosfopeptider och ofosforyliserade peptider innehällande permeat tillsättes ätminstone ett bivalentkationsalt, som bildar aggregat med den fosforyliserade fraktionen av peptider för att bilda en lösning, som väsentligen innehäller fosfo-peptidaggregat och ofosforyliserade peptider, och de ofosfo-ryliserade peptiderna och de till sin partikelstorlek större fosfopeptiderna separeras ätminstone en gäng genom ultrafilt-rering med en membran, som kvarhäller fosfopeptiderna.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att monovalentkatjon-fosfokaseinbaserat material i förväg behandlas genom tillsättning av lösningsmedel, utfällning av parakaseinet i hydrolysprodukten speciellt genom syrsättning tili pH-värdet 4,6 samt isolering av det utfällda kaseinet frän ytlösningen, som innehäller kaseinomakropeptid CMP.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att det enzymatiska hydrolysskedet utföres i en anordning där ultrafiltreringsanordningen förenats med en enzymatisk reaktor, varvid bildas en enzymatisk membranreaktor.
