Claims (7)

1. Förfarande vid sprutboxar av den typ, vid vilka föremäl mälas eller sprutas och en avskiljning av sprutstoft eller liknan-de äger rum darigenom att luft som tillföres sprutboxen (10) far passera en vattenridä eller ett vattenbad efter sprutningen och värme växlas mellan den sprutboxen lämnande fränluften och den tillförda tilluften, vilket sätt speciellt avser att ekonomisera driften och förhindra isbildning i värmeväxlaren (32; 52), k ä n -netecknat därav, att man vid sprutningens avslutning med den fördröjning som krävs för att luften skall befrias frän de svä-vande stoftpartiklarna eliminerar väsentligen all kontakt mellan den avgäende fränluften och vattnet i vattenridän eller vattenbadet samtidigt som säväl tillförseln av luft till sprutboxen (10) som utsugning av fränluft frän sprutboxen och växlingen av värme mellan nämnda luftströmmar upprätthälles.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att kontakten mellan den avgäende fränluften och vattnet elimineras därigenom att fränluften ledes vid sidan av vattenridän eller vattenbadet.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, vid vilket fränluften passerar en vattenridä efter sprutningen, kännnetecknat därav, att kontakten mellan den avgäende fränluften och vattnet elimineras genom att vattenridän intermittent avbrytes.
4. Anordning för genomförande av förfarandet enligt nägot av patentkraven 1...3, innefattande en sprutbox (10), fläktar (16, 18) för tillförsel av tilluft säsom ytterluft tili sprutboxen och för utsugning av fränluft frän sprutboxen samt en mellan de bäda led-ningarna anbragt värmeväxlare (32; 52), varvid sprutningen sker med en sprutpistol och under sprutningen kringvirvlande stoftpar-tiklar avskiljes genom att fränluften passerar en vattenridä eller ett vattenbad, kännetecknad därav, att ett impulsorgan (36) är anordnat att under päverkan av sprutpistolen tillföra im-pulser tili en reglerkrets (38, 40, 42, 44) i vilken impulsorganet (36) är inkopplat, vilken reglerkrets (38, 40, 42, 44) är anordnad att etablera kontakt mellan fränluften och vattnet dä sprutpistolen tages i bruk och med den fördröjning, som krävs för att luften skall befrias frän de svävande stoftpartiklarna äter eliminera den-samma dä pistolen försättes ur funktion.
