Abstract
本发明公开了一种喷漆房专用空气除湿机,包括箱型机壳,机壳内设置有转轮除湿机,所述转轮除湿机包括除湿区和再生区,所述机壳内位于转轮除湿机的两侧均设置有隔板,该隔板和转轮除湿机相互垂直,将机壳内分割成四个风道,即分别连通除湿区的除湿进风道和除湿出风道,分别连通再生区的再生进风道和再生出风道,所述机壳上设置有连通除湿进风道的新风入口,连通除湿出风道的干燥风出口,连通再生进风道的再生风入口以及连接再生出风道的再生风出口,所述机壳外壁上可拆卸地安装有一个密闭的水滤箱。水滤箱中的莲蓬头喷出的水能够将空气中的油漆微尘洗掉,这样进入再生区的空气中,就没有油漆微尘了,便可实现防止转轮上形成漆膜的技术目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气除湿机,特别是一种喷漆房专用空气除湿机。
背景技术
产品喷漆的质量,和喷漆环境的湿度有很大的关系,湿度太大的话,油漆不容易附着,导致漆膜厚度偏差加大,影响喷涂质量,因此,通常会在喷漆房内安装空气除湿机,目前最常用的空气除湿机是转轮除湿机,这种转轮除湿机分除湿区和再生区,转轮在转动过程中,反复地经过除湿区和再生区,利用除湿区将室内潮湿的空气进行干燥,然后利用再生区将吸收水分后的转盘烘干,并将潮湿的气体排出室外,但是,由于喷漆房内的空气中有油漆微尘,导致转轮除湿机在使用一段时间之后,油漆微尘在转轮的表面形成了一层致密的漆膜,导致转轮的吸水性和透气性大幅下降,甚至丧失了透气性,只能更换新的转轮除湿机,不仅影响了工作效率,还加大了除湿费用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可防止转轮上形成漆膜的喷漆房专用空气除湿机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:喷漆房专用空气除湿机,包括箱型机壳,机壳内设置有一转轮除湿机,所述转轮除湿机包括除湿区和再生区,所述机壳内位于转轮除湿机的两侧均设置有隔板,该隔板和转轮除湿机相互垂直,将机壳内分割成四个风道,即分别连通除湿区的除湿进风道和除湿出风道,分别连通再生区的再生进风道和再生出风道,所述机壳上设置有连通除湿进风道的新风入口,连通除湿出风道的干燥风出口,连通再生进风道的再生风入口以及连接再生出风道的再生风出口,所述机壳外壁上可拆卸地安装有一个密闭的水滤箱,该水滤箱的一个侧壁上设置有出风口,与出风口相对的侧壁上设置有进风口,所述出风口通过一段可伸缩的软管与再生风入口密封连接,所述水滤箱的顶部设置有若干个莲蓬头,各莲蓬头均与自上向下穿入水滤箱的供水管相连,供水管远端连接蓄水池,供水管路上设置有水泵,所述水滤箱的底部设置有泄水孔。
所述再生进风道内设置有一台连接再生风入口的吸风风机,所述除湿进风道内设置有一台连接新风入口的吸风风机,所述水滤箱的出风口设置有覆盖出风口的滤水网,所述软管外壁包裹有加热层。
所述出风口位于再生风入口的下方。
所述水滤箱底部设置有一个密封的过滤筒,该过滤筒的顶部设置有连通泄水孔和过滤筒内部的排水管,所述过滤筒内自上向下依次设置有筛网滤层、陶粒滤层、活性炭滤层,过滤筒底部设置有排水管道,该排水管道连接蓄水池。
所述过滤筒的横截面为矩形,过滤筒内上下排列地设置有三个可从过滤筒侧面水平拔出的抽屉,所述抽屉的底面为网状结构,所述筛网滤层、陶粒滤层、活性炭滤层分别放置在对应的抽屉内。
所述陶粒滤层包括大小能够覆盖整个抽屉的柔性网袋,网袋内装有直径在4~8mm之间的陶粒,所述陶粒滤层的厚度在1~2cm之间。
本发明的有益效果是:水滤箱中的莲蓬头喷出的水能够将空气中的油漆微尘洗掉,这样进入再生区的空气中,就没有油漆微尘了,便可实现防止转轮上形成漆膜的技术目的。

下面结合附图,详细描述本发明的具体实施方案。
如图1~图3所示的喷漆房专用空气除湿机,包括箱型机壳1,机壳1内设置有一转轮除湿机2,所述转轮除湿机2包括除湿区3和再生区4,所述机壳1内位于转轮除湿机2的两侧均设置有隔板5,该隔板5和转轮除湿机2相互垂直,将机壳1内分割成四个风道,即分别连通除湿区3的除湿进风道6和除湿出风道7,分别连通再生区4的再生进风道8和再生出风道9,所述机壳1上设置有连通除湿进风道6的新风入口10,连通除湿出风道7的干燥风出口11,连通再生进风道8的再生风入口12以及连接再生出风道9的再生风出口13,所述机壳1外壁上可拆卸地安装有一个密闭的水滤箱14,该水滤箱14的一个侧壁上设置有出风口15,与出风口15相对的侧壁上设置有进风口16,所述出风口15通过一段可伸缩的软管17与再生风入口12密封连接,所述水滤箱14的顶部设置有若干个莲蓬头18,各莲蓬头18均与自上向下穿入水滤箱14的供水管19相连,供水管19远端连接蓄水池20,供水管19上设置有水泵21,所述水滤箱14的底部设置有泄水孔22。
水滤箱中的莲蓬头喷出的水能够将空气中的油漆微尘洗掉,这样进入再生区的空气中,就没有油漆微尘了,可防止转轮35上形成漆膜。
所述再生进风道8内设置有一台连接再生风入口12的吸风风机23,所述除湿进风道6内设置有一台连接新风入口10的吸风风机23,所述水滤箱14的出风口15设置有覆盖出风口15的滤水网24,所述软管17外壁包裹有加热层25。
吸风风机23能够加快空气的流动,提高除湿效率,软管17外壁包裹加热层25,加热层25能够对流经软管17的空气加热,使空气内是水珠气化,更容易通过再生区4的转轮35,同时加热的空气在接触到再生区4的转轮35时,能促进转轮35上的水分蒸发,提高再生区的再生效率。
所述出风口15位于再生风入口12的下方,使软管17形成一个坡度,这样,在软管17内壁上形成的水滴可以沿软管17回流到水滤箱14内。
所述水滤箱14底部设置有一个密封的过滤筒26,该过滤筒26的顶部设置有连通泄水孔22和过滤筒26内部的排水管27,所述过滤筒26内自上向下依次设置有筛网滤层28、陶粒滤层29、活性炭滤层30,过滤筒26底部设置有清水管道31,该清水管道连接蓄水池20。
泄水孔22流出的水中含有大量的油漆微尘,属于污水,而过滤筒26设置筛网滤层28、陶粒滤层29、活性炭滤层30对污水进行过滤,可将油漆微尘含量降低到0.005%以下。
所述过滤筒26的横截面为矩形,过滤筒26内上下排列地设置有三个可从过滤筒26侧面水平拔出的抽屉32,所述抽屉32的底面为网状结构,所述筛网滤层28、陶粒滤层29、活性炭滤层30分别放置在对应的抽屉32内。这样可方便更换筛网滤层28、陶粒滤层29和活性炭滤层30。
所述陶粒滤层29包括大小能够覆盖整个抽屉的柔性网袋33,网袋33内装有直径在4~8mm之间的陶粒34,所述陶粒滤层29的厚度在1~2cm之间,陶粒34内部多孔,且孔蜿蜒曲折,因此过滤有杂质的水时,水中的杂质很容易就被留在了蜿蜒曲折的孔内,起到很好的过滤效果。陶粒34是大致成圆形的颗粒,因此直径过大会导致陶粒34与陶粒34之间间隙过大,起不到过滤效果,直径过小,又会因过于致密,导致过滤速度过慢,因此,经过多次试验,发现直径在4~8mm之间的陶粒34最合适,且陶粒滤层29的厚度在1~2cm为宜。
本发明的工作原理是:喷漆房内的空气被再生进风道8内的吸风风机23吸入水滤箱14内,水滤箱14内的莲蓬头喷出清水对其内部的空气进行清洗,将空气中的油漆微尘洗去,洗净后的空气湿度很高,通过软管加热后,经过转轮除湿机2的再生区4进入再生出风道,并从再生风出口排出到喷漆房外,由于接触到再生区4的空气已经被清洗过,消除了油漆微尘,因此,不会在转轮除湿机2的转轮35上形成漆膜。
另外,空气经过水滤箱14水洗后,油漆微尘混入水中,经泄水孔22和排水管27进入过滤筒26内,并自上向下经过筛网滤层28、陶粒滤层29和活性炭滤层30三次过滤后,得到油漆微尘含量小于0.005%的过滤水,过滤水经清水管道31流入蓄水池20内,进行沉淀。如此形成一个循环的过滤环,节省水之源。
当筛网滤层28、陶粒滤层29和活性炭滤层30使用一段时间之后,可以打开对应的抽屉,然后换上新的筛网滤层28、陶粒滤层29和活性炭滤层30,更换方便。

1.喷漆房专用空气除湿机,包括箱型机壳(1),机壳(1)内设置有一转轮除湿机(2),所述转轮除湿机(2)包括除湿区(3)和再生区(4),所述机壳(1)内位于转轮除湿机(2)的两侧均设置有隔板(5),该隔板(5)和转轮除湿机(2)相互垂直,将机壳(1)内分割成四个风道,即分别连通除湿区(3)的除湿进风道(6)和除湿出风道(7),分别连通再生区(4)的再生进风道(8)和再生出风道(9),所述机壳(1)上设置有连通除湿进风道(6)的新风入口(10),连通除湿出风道(7)的干燥风出口(11),连通再生进风道(8)的再生风入口(12)以及连接再生出风道(9)的再生风出口(13),其特征在于,所述机壳(1)外壁上可拆卸地安装有一个密闭的水滤箱(14),该水滤箱(14)的一个侧壁上设置有出风口(15),与出风口(15)相对的侧壁上设置有进风口(16),所述出风口(15)通过一段可伸缩的软管(17)与再生风入口(12)密封连接,所述水滤箱(14)的顶部设置有若干个莲蓬头(18),各莲蓬头(18)均与自上向下穿入水滤箱(14)的供水管(19)相连,供水管(19)远端连接蓄水池(20),供水管(19)上设置有水泵(21),所述水滤箱(14)的底部设置有泄水孔(22),所述再生进风道(8)内设置有一台连接再生风入口(12)的吸风风机(23),所述除湿进风道(6)内设置有一台连接新风入口(10)的吸风风机(23),所述水滤箱(14)的出风口(15)设置有覆盖出风口(15)的滤水网(24),所述软管(17)外壁包裹有加热层(25),所述水滤箱(14)底部设置有一个密封的过滤筒(26),该过滤筒(26)的顶部设置有连通泄水孔(22)和过滤筒(26)内部的排水管(27),所述过滤筒(26)内自上向下依次设置有筛网滤层(28)、陶粒滤层(29)、活性炭滤层(30),过滤筒(26)底部设置有清水管道(31),该清水管道连接蓄水池(20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷漆房专用空气除湿机,其特征在于,所述过滤筒(26)的横截面为矩形,过滤筒(26)内上下排列地设置有三个可从过滤筒(26)侧面水平拔出的抽屉(32),所述抽屉(32)的底面为网状结构,所述筛网滤层(28)、陶粒滤层(29)、活性炭滤层(30)分别放置在对应的抽屉(32)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的喷漆房专用空气除湿机,其特征在于,所述陶粒滤层(29)包括大小能够覆盖整个抽屉的柔性网袋(33),网袋(33)内装有直径在4~8mm之间的陶粒(34),所述陶粒滤层(29)的厚度在1~2cm之间。
