CONSISTE EN CONDENSAR ANHIDRIDO DE ACIDO N-FORMIL-L-ASPARTICO CON L-FENILALANINA EN AGUA, PRESENTE EN UNA CANTIDAD DE 10 VECES AQUELLA DE LA FENILALANINA, PARA FORMAR N-FORMIL-A-L-ASPARTIL-L-FENILALANINA; ACIDULANDO LA MEZCLA DE REACCION SUCESIVAMENTE CON ACIDO CLORHIDRICO EN PRESENCIA DE METANOL, PARA OBTENERLA EN CONTACTO CON ACIDO CLORHIDRICO EN PRESENCIA DE METANOL Y PARA DEPOSITAR POR ELLO HIDROCLORURO DE METIL ESTER DE A-L-ASPARTIL-L-FENILALANINA; SEPARANDO EL HIDROCLORURO DE METIL ESTER DE A-L-ASPARTIL-L-FENILALANINA Y NEUTRALIZANDO DICHO HIDROCLORURO.
