COMPRENDE: A) TRANSFORMAR UNA CELULA COMPETENTE CON UN VECTOR DE EXPRESION DE DNA RECOMBINANTE SELECCIONABLE Y DE REPLICACION AUTONOMA, QUE COMPRENDE: 1) UNA SECUENCIA ACTIVANTE TRANSCRIPCIONAL Y TRADUCCIONAL QUE SE ENCUENTRA EN EL MARCO DE LECTURA DE UNA SECUENCIA DE NUCLEOTIDOS QUE CODIFICA A UN PEPTIDO O POLIPEPTIDO QUE CONTIENE UNA SEÑAL DE DETENCION DE LA TRADUCCION; Y 2) UNA SEÑAL DE INICIACION DE LA TRADUCCION QUE ESTA INMEDIATAMENTE ADYACENTE Y CORRIENTE ABAJO EN EL MARCO DE LECTURA DE UNA SECUENCIA DE NUCLEOTIDOS QUE CODIFICA A UN POLIPEPTIDO FUNCIONAL; Y B) CULTIVAR LA CELULA TRANSFORMADA BAJO CONDICIONES DE CRECIMIENTO ADECUADAS PARA LA EXPRESION DEL GEN.
