CERAVISIAE DE UNA MOLECULA DE ADN RECOMBINANTE QUE COMPRENDE UNA SECUENCIA DE NUCLEOTIDOS QUE PUEDE CODIFICAR EL VIRUS DE LA HEPATITIS B Y UNA REGION REGULADORA DERIVADA DEL GEN ARG 3 DE LEVADURA EL CUAL PUEDE EFECTUAR LA TRANSCRIPCION DE LA SECUENCIA DEL CITADO VIRUS EN LEVADURA; CULTIVO DE LA LEVADURA Y RECOGIDA DEL VIRUS DE LA HEPATITIS B QUE SE PRODUCE. LA SECUENCIA DEL VIRUS ESTA SUSTITUIDA RESPECTO A LA REGION REGULADORA DE MODO QUE EL VIRUS SINTETIZADO POR LA EXPRESION ESTA SUSTANCIALMENTE EXENTO DE RESIDUOS DE AMINOACIDOS EXTRAÑOS.
