Abstract

Procedimiento de tratamiento térmico de una aleación Fe-Co-Cr para imanes permanentes, constituida por 10 a 40% de Co, 10 a 40% de Cr, de 0 a 10% de uno o varios de los elementos del grupo Al, Nb, Ta, W, Mo, V, Ti, Si y Cu, siendo el resto hierro, que comprende una homogeneización entre 1.200 y 1400ºC durante al menos 10 minutos seguida de un temple rápido un recocido y uno o varios revenidos a temperaturas comprendidas entre 500 y 600ºC, caracterizado porque el recocido se realiza en dos etapas, una primera etapa a una temperatura comprendida entre 630 y 670ºC durante un tiempo comprendido entre 5 y 30 minutos y una segunda etapa que sigue inmediatamente a la primera, sin retorno a baja temperatura, inferior en 40 a 70ºC a la anterior durante al menos 10 minutos.
