Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de un articulo de fabricación que comprende una masa de aleación magnética de Fe-Cr-Co con las etapas que comprenden formación en frío y envejecimiento, caracterizado porque comprende someter una aleación consistente en 25-29 % en peso Cr, 7-12% en peso Co y el resto Fe, excepto en la pequeña cantidad citada de impurezas involuntarias, al tratamiento siguiente: (1) someter la masa a una temperatura de recocido elegida para obtener en la aleación un promedio de tamaño de grano que no exceda de 70 micrómetros, cuya temperatura de recocido no excede de 1000ºC y que es del orden de: (a) 650-950ºC cuando la aleación contiene 25% en peso Cr y 7 % en peso Co, (b) 650-875ºC cuando la aleación contiene 25% en peso Cr y 12% en peso Co, © 650-1100ºC cuando la aleación contiene 29% en peso Cr y 7% en peso Co, (d) 650-795ºC cuando la aleación contiene 29% en peso Cr y 12% en peso Co y (e) en una gama cuyos límites se obtienen por interpolación lineal aproximada a nivelesintermedios de Cr y Co; (2) dar la forma deseada a dicha masa a una temperatura que no exceda de 100ºC por trefilado o embutición profunda en una magnitud correspondiente a una reducción del área de sección transversal de por lo menos el 50% o por embutición profunda o dobladura para dar por resultado un cambio de dirección de por lo menos 30º, siendo el radio de curvatura resultante el necesario para que no exceda de un valor que sea proporcional al cambio de dirección, que para un cambio de dirección de 30º es igual al espesor de la pieza que se dobla, y que para un cambio de dirección de 90º es igual a cuatro veces el espesor de la pieza que se dobla; y (3) envejecer la aleación.
