Claims (1)
- FeaBbSic TidXe(여기서, Fe는 철, B는 붕소, Si는 규소, Ti는 티타늄, X는 Nb, V, Mo, W 및 Zr으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 1종을 나타내고, a=70-80 atm%, b=6-12 atm%, c=8-16 atm%, d=0.2-2.0 atm%, e=2-6 atm%이고,a+b+c+d+e=100)의 합금을 진공중에서 용해한 후 급속냉각하여 비정질 조직의 합금을 제조하고, 이를 500-700℃의 온도에서 0.5-2시간 진공 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고 투자율 연자성 재료용 철(Fe)계 합금의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
