Claims (15)

  1. 미세결정 입자들을 지니고 있고, 아래의 식으로 나타내지는 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe를 베이스로 한 연자성 합금 (Fel-a-b-cCuaMb)100-cTc; 여기에서 "M"은 하나 이상의 희토류 원소이고 ; "Y"는 Si,B,P 및 C로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이며 ; 원자%로 표현된 "a","b" 및 "c"는 아래와 같다:

  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 합금내의 상기 미세 결정 입자들의 면적비가 30% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe를 베이스로 한 연자성 합금.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 미세입자들의 80% 이상이 50Å에서 300Å 사이의 크기 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe를 베이스로 한 연자성 합금.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, (B,P)에 대한(Si,C)의 비율이 1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe를 베이스로 한 연자성 합금.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 미세결정 입자들의 80% 이상이 50Å에서 300Å 사이의 크기 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe를 베이스로 한 연자성 합금.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 구리가 0.005 내지 0.05 원자% 양만큼 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe를 베이스로 한 연자성 합금.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 구리가 0.01 내지 0.04 원자%의 양만큼 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe를 베이스로 한 연자성 합금.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, "M"의 양이 0.005 내지 0.1 원자%의 범위내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe를 베이스로 한 연자성 합금.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, "M"의 양이 0.01 내지 0.08 원자%의 범위내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe를 베이스로 한 연자성 합금.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, "M"의 양이 0.02 내지 0.05 원자%의 범위내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe를 베이스로 한 연자성 합금.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, "Y"의 양이 15 내지 28 원자%의 범위내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe를 베이스로 한 연자성 합금.
  12. 제 1 항에 있어서, "Y"의 양이 18 내지 26 원자%의 범위내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe를 베이스로 한 연자성 합금.
  13. 제 1 항에 있어서, (B,P)에 대한 (Si,C)의 비율이 1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe를 베이스로 한 연자성 합금.
  14. 미세결정 입자들을 석출하기 위하여 결정화 온도 이하인 50℃로 부터 결정화 온도 이상인 120℃까지의 온도에서 1분에서 10분까지의 시간동안 상기 합금을 열처리하는 공정을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe를 베이스로 하는 연자성 합금의 열처리 방법.
  15. 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 합금이 10분 내지 5시간 까지의 시간동안 열처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 방법.
