Abstract
Procedimiento para producir una placa de circuito impreso, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: (a) Aplicar a una placa de laminado de plástico, con revestimiento de cobre, una composición fundente líquida que comprende como componentes esenciales: (1) por lo menos un éster de un alcohol polihídrico con un peso molecular de al menos 300, y (2) por lo menos un componente adicional elegido de: (a) ácidos orgánicos que son virtualmente solubles en dicho éster de un alcohol polihídrico cuando se encuentra en estado fundido; (b) agentes activadores del fundente; y (c) agentes endurecedores de los residuos de fundente; encontrándose presente dicho éster en una cantidad superior al 25% en peso basado en el peso total de los componentes (1) y (2); disolviéndose dichos componentes en un disolvente orgánico, para formar sobre la placa un modelo en el cual se han de formar conductores de circuitos de cobre; (b) Someter la placa resultante a la acción de una solución mordentadora o de ataquequímico para eliminar toda la capa de cobre en aquellas áreas situadas fuera de las áreas del modelo; y (c) Lavar y después secar la placa mondentada resultante portadora de los conductores de circuito de cobre necesarios que tiene todavía un revestimiento de dicha composición fundente.
