Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar éster isobutílico del ácido 2,6-dimetil-3-metoxicarbonil-4-(2-nitrofenil)-1,4-dihidropiridin-5-carboxílico de la fórmula I ***(Ver fórmula I), caracterizado porque éster metilico de ácido 2'-nitrobencilidenacetoacético (Fórmula V) ***(Ver fórmula V), se hace reaccionar con éster isobutílico de ácido beta-aminobrotónico (fórmula VI) ***(Ver fórmula VI), eventualmente en presencia de agua o disolventes orgánicos inertes, a temperaturas entre 20 y 200ºC, con preferencias entre 50 y 120ºC.
