Abstract

Una composición en forma de gel para preparar un producto alimentario, la composición contiene: a) agua en una cantidad del 30 al 70 % (en peso de la composición total), b) saborizantes en una cantidad del 1 al 40 % (en peso de la composición total), c) sal en una cantidad del 10 al 25 % (en peso de la composición total) y d) agentes gelificantes en una cantidad del 0,15 al 12 % (en peso de la composición total), dichos agentes gelificantes contienen por lo menos agar y xantano.
