Abstract

Una instalación para la producción de sustancias combustibles por medio de despolimerización de productos de caucho, que comprende un dispositivo de despolimerización despresurizado (1), en la que la despolimerización de una cantidad predeterminada de productos se produce dentro de la misma, e incluye un divisor o separador de fases (2) colocado corriente abajo de dicho dispositivo de despolimerización (1), que está formado básicamente por un cuerpo cilíndrico con una base superior (20) y una base inferior (21), y se conecta con el dispositivo de despolimerización (1) por medio de un tubo (3): y dicho separador de fases (2) se diseña para conseguir la separación de al menos una parte de la fase líquida de los productos que salen del dispositivo de despolimerización (1) de la fase gaseosa y presenta una salida (23) para la fase líquida separada de este modo y una salida (24) para la parte restante de los productos en fase básicamente gaseosa, en la que el dispositivo de despolimerización (1) mencionado se despresuriza por medio de una unidad de aspiración (4) colocada corriente abajo de dicho separador de fases (2) y la misma se conecta con este por medio de un tubo correspondiente (6), caracterizado por que el separador de fases mencionado (2) comprende una cámara (25) en un lado en la que se coloca una pared (26), para delimitar una segunda cámara (27) cerrada en la parte superior y abierta en la parte inferior, y dicha segunda cámara (27) aloja un tubo (28) colocado verticalmente con un extremo en correspondencia con dicha abertura (24) de la base inferior (21) de dicho cuerpo (2), el otro extremo de dicho tubo (28) permanece a una distancia predeterminada desde la abertura inferior de la pared (26), y dicho tubo (28) se conecta con la unidad (4) mediante dicho tubo (6), bajo dicha abertura (23) para la fase líquida presentada por el separador (2), colocándose un recipiente (29), en el que el líquido se vacía a través de un tubo correspondiente (290), y dicho recipiente (29) tiene una abertura inferior (293) conectada con una bomba (291) que vuelve a introducir en la cámara (25) el líquido que sale de ella, por medio de uno o varios inyectores o nebulizadores (292), colocados a una distancia predeterminada desde la base superior (20) del cuerpo (2), y la conexión entre dicha abertura (293) del recipiente (29) y dicha bomba (291) se consigue por medio de un tubo (295) y la conexión entre la bomba (291) y los inyectores (292) se consigue por medio de un tubo (296) cuyo tramo final está dentro de la cámara (25) y pasa a través de la base superior (20) del cuerpo (2), dicho recipiente (29) tiene adicionalmente una abertura lateral superior (294) para drenar el líquido que no se recicla con la bomba (291).

El método propuesto para la producción de sustancias combustibles de acuerdo con la presente invención comprende, a la vista de lo que se ha descrito anteriormente, una fase de despolimerización de productos de caucho como neumáticos usados y similares, con producción de una mezcla fluida de dos fases, implica la separación y recogida de al menos una parte de la fase líquida de dicha mezcla. Tanto la despolimerización como la separación de las fases se pueden realizar en condiciones despresurizadas. La fase básicamente gaseosa se puede usar para alimentar un quemador, a introducir, con el aire comburente, en un motor diésel o de cualquier otra manera.
