Abstract
Description
‐上基部(10)と下基部(11)とを有し断面が円形のほぼ円筒形の胴体部からなる解重合装置(1)。この装置内部では、後で述べるように、開放可能な上基部(10)から当該装置に導入されかつ下基部(11)から所定の距離をおいて配置された水平格子(19)上に堆積する、所定量のタイヤまたはその他のゴム製品の解重合が起こる。この水平格子(19)は対応する隙間(100)を形成し、後で述べるように、この隙間(100)を可燃性の空気が通過する。
‐当該解重合装置(1)の下流に配置された分別器または相分離器(2)。この分別器または相分離器(2)は、上基部(20)と下基部(21)とを有し断面が円形のほぼ円筒形の胴体部からなり、解重合装置(1)の上基部(10)の開口部(12)とこれに対応する分別器(2)の上基部(20)の開口部(22)との間に配置されたパイプ(3)によって解重合装置(1)に接続されている。当該分別器(2)は、解重合装置(1)から出てくる製品の少なくとも液相の一部を気相から分離するもので、このようにして分離された液相体のための出口(23)および、ほぼ気相である製品の残部のための出口(24)を備える。
‐解重合装置(1)及び相分離器(2)を減圧状態に維持する、すなわち減圧するための吸引器(4)。この吸引器(4)は、2つの対応するパイプ(6,7)により、上流が分離器(2)に設けられた気相体用出口(24)に接続され、下流がバーナー(5)に接続されており、解重合装置(1)から出てくるほぼ気相である製品をバーナー(5)に供給する。
‐Poil:プラントにより製造された油を、エンジンにより吸入された空気にガスを加えることなくエンジンに供給することによって負荷抵抗により吸収された出力(Poil=1.73*Voil*Ioil)。
‐Poil+gas:プラントにより製造された油を、エンジンにより吸入された空気にガスを加えてエンジンに供給することによって負荷抵抗により吸収された出力(Poil+gas=1.73*Voil+gas*Ioil+gas)。
‐ΔP=Poil+gas−Poil
‐CR:ガスの熱力学的変形の出力に対する寄与。
Claims (19)
- 内部に導入された所定量の製品の解重合が起こる減圧型解重合装置(1)を備えるゴム製品の解重合による可燃性物質の製造用プラントであって、
前記解重合装置(1)から下流に配され、上基部(20)と下基部(21)とを有するほぼ円筒形の胴体部からなり、パイプ(3)によって前記解重合装置(1)に接続されている分別器または相分離器(2)を備え、
前記位相分離器(2)は前記解重合装置(1)から出てくる製品の少なくとも液相体の一部を分離するものであり、この分離された液相体のための出口(23)および、ほぼ気相である製品の残部のための出口(24)を備えることを特徴とするプラント。 - 前記解重合装置(1)は吸引器(4)により減圧され、この吸引器(4)は前記相分離器(2)から下流に配置されそして対応するパイプ(6)によって前記相分離器(2)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 前記相分離器(2)の出口で前記ほぼ気相体をバーナー(5)に供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラント。
- フィルタ(90)での濾過処理後、前記相分離器(2)の出口で、前記ほぼ気相体が発電機(95)に連結されたディーゼルエンジン(93)内の空気の吸入部へ導入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 前記解重合装置(1)の前記上基部(10)は垂直ガイド(13)に装着され、ピニオンと歯付ラック(15,16)の伝動により電気モータ(14)の制御下におかれて昇降可能とされており、前記解重合装置(1)への製品の導入及び引き続いての前記解重合装置(1)の閉鎖を可能とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 前記解重合装置(1)はその下基部(11)近傍にキャリッジ付バーナー(18)の通路となる開口部(17)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 複数の熱センサを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 前記相分離器(2)は、上側が閉じられ下側が開いている第2のチャンバ(27)を区切るように側面に隔壁または壁部(26)が配置されたチャンバ(25)を備え、前記第2チャンバ(27)は前記胴体部(2)の下基部(21)の前記開口部(24)に対応する端部を有する垂直に配されたパイプ(28)を収容しており、前記パイプ(28)の他端は壁部(26)の下開口部から所定の距離をおいて配置され、前記パイプ(28)は前記パイプ(6)によりユニット(4)に接続され、前記分離器(2)の液相体用の前記開口部(23)の下には液体が対応するパイプ(290)を通って充填される容器(29)が配置され、前記容器(29)は、前記胴体部(2)の前記上基部(20)から所定の距離をおいて配置された1つ以上のインジェクタまたは噴霧器(292)によって、チャンバ(25)にそこから排出された液体を再導入するポンプ(291)に接続された下開口部(293)を有し、容器(29)の前記開口部(293)と前記ポンプ(291)との間の接続はチューブ(295)によって実現され、前記ポンプ(291)と前記インジェクタ(292)との間の接続はその終端部が前記チャンバ(25)内にあって前記胴体部(2)の前記上基部(20)を通過するチューブ(296)によって実現され、前記容器(29)はさらに前記ポンプ(291)によって再循環しない液体を排水する上開口部(294)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 分離器(2)から出てくるガス状の物質を濾過するフィルタ(90)が前記分離器の下流に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラント。
- ゴム製品の解重合による可燃性物質の製造プロセスであって、2つの相を有する流体混合物の製造を伴う解重合の一つの相を含み、かつ前記混合物の液相体をほぼ気相体から分離しそして少なくとも前記液相体を収集することを含むことを特徴とするプロセス。
- 前記解重合は減圧された媒体内で行われることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のプロセス。
- 前記相分離は減圧された媒体内で行われることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ほぼ気相体の濾過処理を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のプロセス。
- 前記濾過処理は減圧された媒体内で行われることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のプロセス。
- 前記液相体は、用いられる前に所定の時間デカンテーションされることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のプロセス。
- 前記液相体は単独もしくはディーゼルオイルと混合してディーゼルエンジンの燃料として用いられることを特徴とする請求項10〜15のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記気相の製品をディーゼルエンジンに吸引された空気とともにディーゼルエンジンに導入することを含むことを特徴とする請求項10〜16のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ほぼ気相の製品の事前濾過処理を含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載のプロセス。
- 前記エンジンは電力を生成する発電機に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項17又は18に記載のプロセス。
