Abstract

Procedimiento de devulcanización de caucho que comprende poner en contacto un caucho vulcanizado con un líquido de trementina en una mezcla de reacción en ausencia de un metal alcalino, de dióxido de carbono, de recipientes de alta presión, de microondas, de ondas ultrasónicas y de catalizadores, en el que el líquido trementina es utilizado como un agente de desvulcanización para reducir el contenido de azufre y romper los enlaces reticulados de azufre del caucho vulcanizado, en el que dicho líquido de trementina se selecciona del grupo consistente en: trementina natural, trementina sintética, aceite de pino, α-pineno, β-pineno, α-terpineol, β-terpineol, 3-careno, anetol, dipenteno (p-menta -1,8- dieno), resinas de terpeno, nopol, pinano, canfeno, p-cimeno, anisaldehído, 2-hidroperóxido de 2-pinano, 3,7-dimetil- 1,6-octadieno, acetato de isobornilo, hidrato de terpina, ocimeno, 2- pinanol, dihidromircenol, isoborneol, γ-terpineol, allo-ocimeno, alcoholes allo-ocimeno, geraniol, 2-metoxi-2,6-dimetil-7,8-epoxioctano, alcanfor, p-mentan-8-ol, acetato de α-terpinilo, citral, citronelol, 7-metoxidihidrocitronelal, ácido-canforsulfónico, p-menteno, acetato de p-mentan- 8-ilo, citronelal, 7-hidroxidihidrocitronelal, mentol, mentona, polímeros de los mismos, y mezclas de los mismos.
