Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de un componente metálico, especialmente de un componente de automóvil, en el que una pieza de acero (16, 104) se conforma en caliente y se templa al menos por secciones mediante el contacto con una superficie de herramienta (14) y en el que la pieza de acero (16, 104) se enfría durante el temple en al menos dos zonas parciales (152, 154, 162, 164) con velocidades de enfriamiento diferentes, de tal forma que las zonas parciales (152, 154, 162, 164) se diferencian en cuanto a su estructura después del temple, y en el que las diferentes velocidades de enfriamiento se realizan mediante secciones (32, 34, 36, 38, 66, 68, 70, 72) de la superficie de herramienta (14) correspondientes a las zonas parciales (152, 154, 162, 164) de la pieza de acero (16, 104), las cuales difieren en cuanto a su termoconductividad, caracterizado porque al menos una de las dos secciones (32, 34, 36, 38, 66, 68, 70, 72) de la superficie de herramienta (14) presenta un recubrimiento superficial que reduce o aumenta la termoconductividad, pudiendo eliminarse el recubrimiento superficial y volver a aplicarse en caso de necesidad.
