Abstract

Un proceso para producir una composición de catalizador, comprendiendo dicho proceso poner en contacto respectivamente un compuesto organometálico, un compuesto de organoaluminio y un compuesto de óxido sólido que contiene fluoruro para producir una composición de catalizador, en el que el compuesto organometálico tiene la siguiente fórmula general: (X1)(X2)(X3)(X4)M1 en la que M1 está seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en titanio, circonio y hafnio; en la que (X1) está seleccionado de manera independiente entre el grupo que consiste en ciclopentadienilos, indenilos, fluorenilos, ciclopentadienilos sustituidos, indenilos sustituidos y fluorenilos sustituidos; en la que los sustituyentes sobre dichos ciclopentadienilos sustituidos, indenilos sustituidos y fluorofenilos sustituidos de (X1) están seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en grupos alifáticos, grupos cíclicos, combinaciones de grupos alifáticos y cíclicos, grupos sililo, grupos de haluro de alquilo, haluros, grupos organometálicos, grupos de fósforo, grupos de nitrógeno, silicio, fósforo, boro, germanio e hidrógeno; en la que al menos un sustituyente de (X1) puede ser un grupo de puente que conecta (X1) y (X2); en la que (X3) y (X4) están seleccionados de manera independiente entre el grupo que consiste en haluros, grupos alifáticos, grupos alifáticos sustituidos, grupos cíclicos, grupos cíclicos sustituidos, combinaciones de grupos alifáticos y grupos cíclicos, combinaciones de grupos alifáticos sustituidos y grupos cíclicos, combinaciones de grupos alifáticos y grupos cíclicos sustituidos, combinaciones de grupos alifáticos sustituidos y grupos cíclicos sustituidos, grupos amido, grupos amido sustituidos, grupos fosfido, grupos fosfido sustituidos, grupos alquilóxido, grupos alquilóxido sustituidos, grupos arilóxido, grupos arilóxido sustituidos, grupos organometálicos y grupos organometálicos sustituidos; en la que (X2) está seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en ciclopentadienilos, indenilos, fluorenilos, ciclopentadienilos sustituidos, indenilos sustituidos, fluorenilos sustituidos, haluros, grupos alifáticos, grupos alifáticos sustituidos, grupos cíclicos, grupos cíclicos sustituidos, combinaciones de grupos alifáticos y grupos cíclicos, combinaciones de grupos alifáticos sustituidos y grupos cíclicos, combinaciones de grupos alifáticos y grupos cíclicos sustituidos, combinaciones de grupos alifáticos sustituidos y grupos cíclicos sustituidos, grupos amido, grupos amido sustituidos, grupos fosfido, grupos fosfido sustituidos, grupos alquilóxido, grupos alquilóxido sustituidos, grupos arilóxido, grupos arilóxido sustituidos, grupos organometálicos y grupos organometálicos sustituidos; en la que los sustituyentes de (X2) están seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en grupos alifáticos, grupos cíclicos, combinaciones de grupos alifáticos y grupos cíclicos, grupos sililo, grupos de haluro de alquilo, haluros, grupos organometálicos, grupos fósforo, grupos nitrógeno, silicio, fósforo, boro, germanio e hidrógeno; en la que al menos sustituyente de (X2) puede ser un grupo de puente que conecta (X1) y (X2); en la que dicho compuesto de organoaluminio tiene la fórmula general: Al(X5)n(X6)3-n en la que (X5) es un hidrocarbilo que tiene de 1 a aproximadamente 20 átomos de carbono; en la que (X6) es un haluro, hidruro o alcóxido; y en la que "n" es un número de 1 a 3 incluidos; y en la que dicho compuesto de óxido sólido fluorado comprende fluoruro y un compuesto de óxido sólido; en la que dicho compuesto de óxido sólido está seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en sílice-titania y sílicecirconia; en la que se constata la ausencia de compuestos de aluminoxano y compuestos de borato.
