Abstract
Un metodo de produccion de una proteina TAT-HOXB4H que comprende: (a) proporcionar una celula huesped que comprende un vector que codifica la proteina de fusion TAT-HOXB4 etiquetada con histidina de terminal C (TAT-HOXB4H) que contiene por lo menos 6 residuos de histidina en el terminal C; (b) expresar la proteina en la celula huesped; (c) recoger una solucion impura de la proteina expresada; (d) purificar la proteina de la solucion mediante: (i) aplicar la solucion a una columna de HisTrap; (ii) lavar la columna de la HisTrap; (iii) eluir la proteina parcialmente purificada de la columna de HisTrap para formar una solucion de proteina parcialmente purificada; (iv) la aplicacion de la solucion de proteina parcialmente purificada a una columna de MonoSP; (v) lavar la columna de la MonoSP; (vi) eluir la proteina purificada a partir de la columna de la MonoSP en forma desnaturalizada; (e) el replegamiento de la proteina desnaturalizada eluida utilizando compuestos hidrofobos mediante.
