Abstract
Dispositivo para producir una banda (1) de un velo de hilatura a partir de filamentos aerodinámicamente estirados de material sintético termoplástico, que comprende un cabezal de hilatura (2) con una pluralidad de orificios de boquilla de hilatura, del cual sale una cortina (3) de filamentos termoplásticos, y una boquilla de estiraje (5) con dos grupos opuestos (6) de boquilla de estiraje que forman la rendija de la boquilla, caracterizado porque en al menos un grupo (6) de boquilla de estiraje está conectado al menos un sistema de atemperado para atemperar dicho grupo (6) de la boquilla de estiraje.
Claims (10)
1. Dispositivo para producir una banda (1) de un
velo de hilatura a partir de filamentos aerodinámicamente estirados
de material sintético termoplástico, que comprende un cabezal de
hilatura (2) con una pluralidad de orificios de boquilla de
hilatura, del cual sale una cortina (3) de filamentos
termoplásticos, y una boquilla de estiraje (5) con dos grupos
opuestos (6) de boquilla de estiraje que forman la rendija de la
boquilla, caracterizado porque en al menos un grupo (6) de la
boquilla de estiraje está conectado al menos un sistema de
atemperado para atemperar dicho grupo (6) de la boquilla de
estiraje.
2. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 1,
caracterizado porque en ambos grupos opuestos (6) de la
boquilla de estiraje que forman la rendija de dicha boquilla está
dispuesto al menos un sistema de atemperado correspondiente, a
saber, preferiblemente en el lado posterior de cada grupo (6) de la
boquilla de estiraje que queda alejado de la rendija de dicha
boquilla.
3. Dispositivo según una de las reivindicaciones
1 ó 2, caracterizado porque un sistema de atemperado está
fijado a un elemento de soporte de un grupo (6) de la boquilla de
estiraje.
4. Dispositivo según una de las reivindicaciones
1 a 3, en el que el al menos un sistema de atemperado es un sistema
de calentamiento (14) para calentar el grupo (6) de la boquilla de
estiraje.
5. Dispositivo según una de las reivindicaciones
1 a 4, caracterizado porque está previsto al menos un sensor
de temperatura (18) para medir la temperatura ambiente, efectuándose
el atemperado del grupo (6) de la boquilla de estiraje de
conformidad con la temperatura ambiente medida.
6. Dispositivo según una de las reivindicaciones
1 a 5, caracterizado porque está previsto un sistema de
control y/o regulación para controlar y/o regular el atemperado de
un grupo (6) de la boquilla de estiraje.
7. Dispositivo según una de las reivindicaciones
1 a 6, caracterizado porque está previsto un sistema para
calcular el peso por unidad de superficie de la banda (1) producida
del velo de hilatura, efectuándose el atemperado en función del
peso calculado por unidad de superficie de dicha banda (1) del velo
de hilatura.
8. Dispositivo según una de las reivindicaciones
1 a 7, caracterizado porque entre el cabezal de hilatura (2)
y la boquilla de estiraje (5) está dispuesto al menos un sistema de
refrigeración.
9. Dispositivo según una de las reivindicaciones
1 a 8, caracterizado porque a continuación de la boquilla de
estiraje (5) está montado un sistema (7) de tendido del velo.
10. Dispositivo según una de las reivindicaciones
1 a 9, caracterizado porque está prevista una cinta de tamiz
de deposición (11) para la banda (1) del velo de hilatura.
