Abstract
LA INVENCION TRATA DE UN TUBO DE INSTALACION DE COBRE, CON UNA CAPA DE ESTAÑO APLICADA MEDIANTE CONTROL TERMICO, ADHIRIENDOSE COMPLETAMENTE SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE INTERIOR, A CUYO EFECTO EL GROSOR DE LA FASE INTERMETALICA CONFORMADA EN EL PASO QUE VA DEL TUBO DE COBRE A LA CAPA DE ESTAÑO, ES INFERIOR A UN 20 %, PREFERENTEMENTE INFERIOR A UN 5 %, DEL GROSOR TOTAL DE LA CAPA. ADEMAS, LA INVENCION TRATA DE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EL RECUBRIMIENTO DE UN TUBO DE INSTALACION POR VIA QUIMICA, EN EL QUE SE VARIA CONVENIENTEMENTE LA TEMPERATURA DE LA SOLUCION DE ESTAÑADO. PARA GARANTIZAR UNA FASE INTERMETALICA LO MAS PEQUEÑA POSIBLE EN LA SUPERFICIE DE COBRE, EL PROCESO DE ESTAÑADO COMIENZA A UNA TEMPERATURA BAJA. DE ESTE MODO, SE FAVORECE LA FORMACION DE UN GRAN NUMERO DE GERMENES CRISTALINOS DE IGUAL ORIENTACION. A CONTINUACION, SE AJUSTA ADECUADAMENTE LA TEMPERATURA, DE MANERA QUE SE AUMENTA EL CRECIMIENTO DE CRISTALES, CRECIENDO ESTOS RAPIDAMENTE CON LA MISMA ORIENTACION. SE CONSIGUE ENTONCES UNA CAPA DE ESTAÑO ESTANCA CON UNA SUPERFICIE LIBRE PEQUEÑA.
