Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un tubo de instalacion constituido de coestano aplicada en forma controlada por temperatura, adherida sobre toda la supela superficie interior de dicho tubo, siendo el espesor de la fase intermetálicazona detransic ion del tubo de cobre a la capa de estano menor que 20%, preferenmenor que 5% del espesor total de la capa. La presente invencion se refiere ademprocedimiento para recubrir un tubo de instalacion por vía química, en el cual sforma controladala tempe ratura de la solucion de estanado. Para asegurar una faintermetálica lo más pequena posible en la superficie de cobre se inicia el procestanado con una temperatura reducida. Con esta medida se favorece la formacion elevada cantidad denucleos cristal inos uniformemente distribuidos con idénticacontinuacion se incrementa en forma controlada la temperatura de manera que se iel crecimiento de los cristales, creciendo éstos con una orientacion uniforme.
